Fantastic service! Art was a pleasure to work with, so helpful. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Just recently got my oil changed, they're no longer taking Groupon. they honored the groupon price but I still had to go through Groupon to get a refund. Also I wasn't pleased that they were trying to tell me that I need all this extra stuff while I'm there. Maybe I do but maybe I don't but in the end I just got the oil change and left. They wanted to Charge 40 bucks for an oil filter. That's okay. This was not a good experience. read more

Service techs were very nice, well mannered and didn't try to press on a sale pitch like most places. thank you guys so much for your hard work read more

We're new to Temecula - needed oil changes on both of our cars. Now I know where we'll take our cars to to be repaired. The Synfast team - Eduardo, Randy, Mondo and Jovany worked together incredibly great! Courteous, quick, clean, honest and completely customer service minded! Both cars out in less than 25 minutes. :) read more

Definitely not quick as advertised. Took longer than any oil change I've ever had. Considering I was only one there, it took over 45 minutes. Then they had computer issues as well. For the price, using a coupon, I could have just gone to Jiffy Lube and waited less time for same price. read more

They were the best!! The majority of mechanic shops women go to try and take advantage and tell us we need this and that just to spend money. They were very honest fast friendly I would definitely recommend everyone to go there I found my new favorite and trusted car mechanic shop!!! Honest and friendly love them!! They did a really good job read more

I came in today during this crazy Pandemic " Corona Virus" to have my oil and transmission fluid serviced. I have experianced the best customer service from Assistant Manager Eddie Castro. The whole time that I was there his crew were friendly, and I felt like my car was safe. I never had to leave my car at all. All the tech's were very skilled, honest, and knowledgeable. I usually have my mechanic come and work on my car, but with the economy taking a turn for the worse at the moment. I figured I would go some where local. I feel that it was a great promotion to have the full synthetic oil change, topping off the fluids, and doing a 25 pt inspection for $49.99 on Groupon and it well worth it. They do offer better promotions than most body shops and definitely the dealer.I would trust them over your everyday Wal-mart special for 40 dollars. I would like to personally thank Eddie, Tortez, Valdez, and the lady who gave me my checkpoint. Overall, I appreciate their honesty and Integrity. If you need an honest oil change with a good team ask for Eddie. I will definitely be back and I have referred them already to all my family. read more

They have THE BEST customer service!! When I arrived yesterday, I was greeted by Arturo. He is so AMAZING!! We spoke about the Groupon I had and the different options for oil changes. There was a mix up with my Groupon and I was going to have to do some red tape with Groupon but Arturo was so wonderful that he helped me right on the spot and I was able to get my oil change completed right there and then rather than having to wait 2-3 days through Groupon. He was very friendly and even had a technician perform regular check ups on my car while we talked and put air in my tires. I asked him to please stop the tech in case I couldn't get the service completed and he said it was ok and it's complimentary. How nice!! He explained other deals that they offer and let me know about filters that will need to be changed soon but can wait for my next service for 150k miles. He didn't try to pressure sales on me at all and I felt like I was someone where honest people work and I can trust them! Thank you Arturo for your friendly and superb customer service, information, relating to me, and making me feel like I can trust you. I will definitely be back!! read more

great service and fast results !! the staff is very friendly and reliable ! i would definitely recommend going here

My husband and I came to have my car oil changed here and I was not expecting the kind of service we got. You pull your car in, and they do the oil change while you're in the car! *Mind blown* Eddie is the associate that greets us and gets the car's information. He realizes that I have a brand new car and it's the first oil change being done to it. He tells us " Usually, the first oil change is complimentary to the dealership. " Then I remember that the salesman did tell us that the the first oil change is complimentary when we were buying the car. I was taken back by the level of honesty he was displaying. He said "I'm losing money telling you that, but in case you want to check with the dealership first, you may as well get your free oil change. The dealership is a mile that way." We were very thankful for the information, and proceeded to the dealership. I'm sure it's not a shocker that the dealership wouldn't honor what the salesman had offered us, but did say that I could get my car oil changed there but it will take two hours. No thank you! Later that afternoon I went back to Synfast and got my car taken care of. It's refreshing to meet people that work in car repair shops that have integrity. We've got four cars, we will definitely be only going to this spot from now on! Thank you Eddie and team! read more
