Honest about my car not needing an oil change when the car's notifications stated i needed to change. Will return when i need an oil change.

Last week I went in for an oil change, and Eddie was fabulous! Let me know my brakes needed repair (I didnt know) and quoted me a fair price! Will definitely be going to them for all my car needs from now on! read more

Found this place through Groupon originally, but now take all my cars there! Everyone there gives amazing customer service and they never try to push you into buying more than you need. Jovany is extremely professional and has great communication skills. They had to order my filter from the warehouse and Jovany kept me in the loop while I waited. I will never take my cars anywhere else! read more

Super fast and definitely friendly service! All the staff seem to enjoy their jobs.. I love that in a business! If they're happy, the customer is happy! Didn't pressure me into additional services which is the most intimidating part about car services. Will definitely be back for all of my cars needs!! THANKS TEMECULA SYNFAST!! read more

They were very helpful and professional and the drive thru experience was quick and convenient !

This just goes out to the employee who was cursing up a storm out loud venting to his employees. There's a time and place for it. Throwing vulgar words should be within a timely manner. I had my little brother with me trying his best to watch his kids show on his phone, while having to hear this employee and from then on, couldn't get back to watching his show. Instead, I had to educate him, that sometimes people get mad in their own way, but when it comes down to doing so on the job, do it on your break or away from the customers. Overall, the rest of the staff was awesome and highly recommend coming to this spot where they check up on your car thoroughly and really don't sugarcoat on what your car may need aside from an oil change. I will be back for sure. Thank you. read more

Wow, The gentleman here worked with excellence and were able to help me much much quicker than Valvoline down the road! Valvoline were trying to overcharge me and not allow my Groupon and the guys here helped me no problem. Plus it was fast and they do their inspection right in front of you. Special thanks to Arturo for making it happen. I'm going to come here every time. read more

Guys were really attentive and cheery. Service was fast and they didn't even try to up sell which was refreshing. Really comfortable and speedy. read more

Came in with my brakes making a weird noise they took a look and told me the problem and they were able to figure it out the problem quickly. They explained that the brakes were glazed and that there was a problem on the driver side rear drum break. Art was extremely helpful in how I could fix these problems. I would highly recommend this place. read more

I had just moved into the area when Synfast originally opened. I was looking for a place to get my oil changes done. The first time I went was shortly after they had opened and met Eddie, the owner. I have been going back ever since. Him and the guys that work at his shop have always made me feel taken care of. There are a lot of places where they see a female and "take them for a ride" when it comes to pricing and/ or "needs" for your car. I have never felt that way taking my car here. I cannot recommend them enough! Eddie makes me feel like family. I've moved to Vegas and have returned to Synfast when visiting family because I trust their service. Thanks guys!! read more

Fantastic service! I didn't even have to get out of my car. They checked my whole car and even gave me a coupon. I would definitely come back again! Super fast! read more

I came here first time ... The service was quick and professional .. they even put in anti freeze no charge and made sure my tires were okay the rear one needed a little air..I recommend this place and I will return for my next oil change and other services. read more

I'm not sure if they are just starting out, but the professionalism just isn't there. To begin, they shouldn't be advertising a 10-minute oil change if they're not going to get you out within that time frame. However, they will get you out in under 20 minutes. The manager looking fellow is a little pushy. One thing that really got on my nerves was that the tech handled my debit card while wearing the same grease and gunk filled gloves that he was wearing while performing the service. Although my card effortlessly slides into my wallet now, it also smells like burnt oil. They also failed to reset the maintenance light, so I had to do it myself after I drove off. For the price, I would rather just go to their competitor for a drive through oil change while these guys make improvements. read more

I don't know what's shorter, the amount of time I spent here, or the amount of time I last in bed! Quickest oil change I've ever had. Didn't even have to get out of the car! Employees were also very nice. read more

I stopped in for an oil change and was pleased to get in so quickly. I literally pulled up and they got to work. It was recommended that I did a few other things, so they proceeded to complete those items as well. The whole thing took about 40 mins. The price was reasonable. Keep in mind that you do pay a little for convenience. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff was super friendly! read more

I had an amazing experience here. The employees were very kind and patient with me as I struggled to get the correct funds to transfer to my account for payment. Unbeknownst to them, I was having an incredibly hard day. I was at the end of my very thin and frayed rope that day, and without their patience and kindness towards me I likely would have hit my breaking point. I'm very grateful to have received top tier service from them. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

They were too busy trying to sell me a new set of tires that they completely forgot to rotate one side of my car. Will not be back

I was drawn in by how low the prices for a full synthetic oil change on Groupon. There was one car ahead of me but they were just finishing it up. I was in and out within 20 minutes or less. They have us water bottles, were extremely nice and helpful. He gave me tips about my tires. I'll probably keep coming to this location because it was just so fast and easy from start to finish. read more
