The staff is always courteous and professional when I've come in. The new customer service lounge is nice and spacious. Neat coffee machine. Inside is clean and service is fairly quick.

Battery discharge message

I purchased an Ioniq5 late April 2025. Price was higher than I wanted to spend but they offered a manufacturer rebate ($9000 on all their cars at the time and $100 in 2 other rebates - military and other car is a Honda) I liked the car enough and couldn't find anything that I liked better so we purchased it. Sale seemed to go through fine, sales rep was nice - possibly training someone when doing the paperwork as there was a second person sitting in. I have run into a few issues with the vehicle (Whole dash lit up like a Christmas tree - every error light! Then battery discharging due to external source message on start up and the overhead light goes on without warning) Service dept is nice and is easy to get along with. They reset the codes to see if that helped, and I haven't had the whole dash issue again but it didn't fix the other issues. The battery discharging message (which is alarming on a fully electric vehicle) and I haven't brought it in for the overhead light as it is most noticeable at night so I forget to call during the day! Fast forward a year and I am filing my taxes. My tax software says I am eligible for the $7500 tax deduction based on my VIN # but I need the info from IRS form 15400 that would have been filed by the dealership within 3 days of the purchase. I go through my papers and see no form. So I contact the dealer. First I was told the car wasn't eligible for that deduction. When I pushed saying that according to my tax software and the VIN decoder online through NHTSA (Gov website) both say otherwise, they changed to "you got that rebate at purchase" - again, I pointed out I did not. Then it was back to - not eligible. I spoke to the manager at this location who actually had the nerve to say this: you don't want to ask for that deduction because just today I had a customer that claimed it come in to complain because he was being audited. (hmm, just today! What are the chances?!) -- Anyway, the way I see it, they didn't file the form and are covering their backs. I am out a large deduction with pretty much no recourse. So expensive car with only about 5000 miles on it and already has some issues and more importantly for me: Shady business practices - I won't deal with them again and you might want to go elsewhere as well.

I was a Mercedes girl for 10+ years, and then switched to Hyundai for the Santa Fe calligraphy. Pedro was my sales manager. Hyundai has been amazing. I feel much more taken care of with Temecula Hyundai than I ever did with Mercedes all those years. I love my car, it's nicer and more techy than my MB GLE was, and my experience is better too with the company. Happy girl.

Worth the 2-Hour Drive…read more If you've ever dealt with a dealership, you probably already know how this usually goes. This wasn't that. I worked with Ceasar at DCH Chrysler Dodge Temecula to sell my car, and the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and fair from start to finish. I drove nearly two hours to work with him because he gave me the best offer for my vehicle. That alone says a lot, but what really stood out was how he handled everything once I got there. No games, no last-minute deductions, no pressure. He easily could've knocked the price down over small things like a couple scratches or not having a second key fob -- but he didn't. He honored the offer and treated me with respect the entire time. If I hadn't already purchased my next car, I would've absolutely bought through him and the dealership. I'll definitely keep them in mind moving forward, and I wouldn't hesitate to make that drive again just to work with Ceasar. Highly recommend if you want a straightforward, respectful experience -- which is harder to find than it should be.

I am Not happy with my experience at DCH Temecula. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change, tire…read morerotation, and some recall work. It ended up taking 12 days, and when I finally got my car back, it was dirty and dusty. It gets Worse! Before dropping off my car, I took photos for my records and marked the tires to verify if they were rotated (which is very important for vehicle safety). When I picked it up, the marked tires hadn't been rotated, even though the invoice documented the tire rotation was complete. The most frustrating part is they kept my car for 12 days, so in the interim I had to figure out how to get to work. Almost 2 weeks is excessive for what ended up being an oil change, a battery test, and some software updates,

Really zero stars (One star) for the horrible treatment by the manager, Jen. Unacceptable behavior and total unprofessionalism in how she treated my husband when he asked about holding funds from a deposited check from last week. She pretty much told him if we weren't happy we could close down our accounts today! Wow! Rude! And this discourse was taking place in the lobby of all places! No privacy at all. No courtesy or consideration to take the discussion behind closed doors in an office! How embarrassing for your customer! SMH! At least, she did release the funds. It's still no excuse for her less than stellar disposition. Members are your mission? Really? This member is a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with 33 years of service and we shouldn't have to be treated so disrespectfully. I am taken aback with this manager's attitude. You can bet I called NFCU's customer service. I hope she doesn't exhibit this type of behavior toward other members or to us again! Hope she gets a talking to by her higher ups! Please take some remedial training in customer service. Treat others the way you want to be treated. If you cannot then find employment elsewhere not dealing with the public.
