New custom paint, new tires, new seats, new motor everything was new. I agreed to the terms of the loan. In a few months I paid it off and PAUL the owner dropped it off at our house. I "noticed" right away there was a huge scratch on it! I showed Paul (the owner) he said nothing. After I pulled it into my garage and was wiped it down I noticed the new seats were sliced and had a hole in it! I took pictures of all the damage. I called the loan company and they were closed so I left a message. The next day I went down to Title loans and spoke with Paul and showed him the pictures of my golf cart. He denied any doing of the golf cart. Then I said I have pictures of the golf cart before I sent it in. In fact I have multiple pictures of it. He asked to see them. I had them on my phone and I showed him. He put his head down and shook in disappointment in himself. Then he popped up and said are those timed stamped. He started to get pushy with me. Obviously he did not want to pay a dime. I said yes let me look but he was making me nervous so I couldn't figure out how to show him the time stamp. He told me go get a estimate on the paint and seats. I said ok so I went to two places. Prestige and canyon golf carts. It was $1,100.00 worth of damage quoted. I immediately came back to Paul and showed him. He said I'm not paying that much. I said well that's what I paid to have it done. He said I have a guy who can spot paint it at (MACO paint) for $250.000 and Paul said I'm not fixing the seat. I said here are all the times stamp pictures of my cart before you had it. He didn't care. I told him this is bad business. So after I sent him to my husband to deal with him. He didn't want to pay for the damage, he didn't want to give us his insurance company number because he said he would have to pay a 1,000 deductible. Then he said he would pay us $600.00 and then he said he would pay us $500.00. Paul it was 1,100 worth of damage! This company does not hold up to there end of the bargain. Paul at Title Loans didn't want to pay a dime! He is crooked!! And he doesn't care if your property gets destroyed in the mean time! He wants his loan money and that's it! DO NOT USE (TITLE LOANS) Lake Elsinore !!!! They do not protect your cars or property and they won't pay for the damage!! It took 3 weeks of banter back and forth and he sent us a check for $500.00 and we are outed for the rest of the money!
