Valerie has many positive reviews, so I don't want to "trash her". But after I provided all my personal information a few years back, she ghosted me for weeks. I worried I was possibly a fraud victim and even drove to her office. The receptionist said she really worked there but hadn't been in the office for weeks. In the end, Valerie was honorable and took responsibility for failing me. She returned my deposit. So, maybe she had an emergency?

Finding homeowner's insurance is one of those decisions that can be overwhelming due to how many options are out there and how important choosing the right policies and insurer can be. We obtained an abundance of quotes from various providers but after initial contact with Austin Heiland, going with Farmers and having Austin as our agent was a no-brainer. Not only did Austin work to give us a great quote for exactly what we needed, he then took the time to walk through everything listed in the policy so that we fully understood the extent of our coverage. It is clear that, at the end of the day, Austin's priority is to make sure you feel comfortable and at least walk away from the conversation knowing more than you did about homeowner's insurance... the competitive quote is just icing on the top! I would recommend anyone who is looking to take on the daunting task of getting a new insurance policy, or is at least curious about learning more about the world of insurance, to reach out to Austin Heiland. His customer service is top-notch and whether you decide to go with Farmers or not, Austin will make sure you're making the best decision for you and your loved ones. We will definitely be back soon to bundle our auto insurance!
