I used Elite for years for personal and business and was very happy, but was, admittedly, unaware of just how unique they are. I assumed everyone in this business was similarly thorough, knowledgeable, timely, etc. When I moved recently, I made the mistake of finding a new, local, highly recommended firm. By the time the new firm filed my 2024 returns I was finding myself frustrated and feeling as though I had made a big mistake. I am now back with Elite. Without me even requesting a review of last year's returns, Elite analyzed the returns completed by the other firm and informed me that I had overpaid by a substantial amount. They just filed an amended return on my behalf and I will be receiving a huge amount of unexpected money back. Unbelievable! Nicole is the best! read more

Nothing but praise for this talented group of individuals. Switched to Nicole and her team 4 years ago and continue to be amazed with their level of service. They process our personal and business returns with an eye to detail, never missing a thing and always providing suggestions for best use of tax planning strategies. Equally important, when an issue arises they are masterful in communication and ability to resolve matters. Some unscrupulous troll filed a fake tax return using my SS#. Sorting it out was no easy task, yet Elite handled every aspect of it efficiently through completion at no extra charge to me. In another instance, the IRS failed to deposit a tax refund into the account of a deceased family member. Again, Elite corresponded with them routinely over many months until the check was finally received. I have retained the services of six previous accounting firms during my years, and can absolutely attest to the superior service and performance Elite brings to the table. I like to think of them as The Queen Cobra of accounting! read more

My wife and I have been working with Nicole and her team for the better part of a decade. The process is streamlined and secure. You definitely feel as though you are receiving personalized attention tailored to your unique tax needs. I really like the secure portal for uploading financial information as well as receiving the completed return via that mechanism. Your information is available to you via the portal and you are updated along the way as your return is prepared. Nicole is very sharp and I know that I am in capable hands with ever changing taxes codes and laws. She will make sure that you receive the deductions that you're entitled to as well as develop strategy for the next tax year. To further outline my satisfaction with Elite Tax Partners; I have moved out of state and have no plans to take my business elsewhere. Thanks! read more
