I worked with Ceasar at DCH Chrysler Dodge Temecula to sell my car, and the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and fair from start to finish. I drove nearly two hours to work with him because he gave me the best offer for my vehicle. That alone says a lot, but what really stood out was how he handled everything once I got there. No games, no last-minute deductions, no pressure. He easily could've knocked the price down over small things like a couple scratches or not having a second key fob -- but he didn't. He honored the offer and treated me with respect the entire time. If I hadn't already purchased my next car, I would've absolutely bought through him and the dealership. I'll definitely keep them in mind moving forward, and I wouldn't hesitate to make that drive again just to work with Ceasar. Highly recommend if you want a straightforward, respectful experience -- which is harder to find than it should be.

Their offer was 2.5% higher than other credit unions. Thats huge! Schools First Credit Union, San Diego County Credit Union and LBS Financial all came in with offers at least 2% lower. It's quite ridiculous and honestly Im beginning to lose faith in them. Save yourself the hassle and take your banking elsewhere.
