I rarely have ever set actual foot in the actual building itself, as the wife tends to most matters, because their online banking is fairly easy to navigate. The establishment is in line with the COVID safety policy. Social distancing labels were professionally posted in and outside of the facility. There was plexiglass integrated throughout the customer service line. The security guard was courteous and did an amazing job ushering the customers in line and was even able to answer a few transactional questions. A perfect example of organizational empowerment and taking ownership of job responsibilities and going beyond expectations. What also caught my attention was when David, the front desk representative, walked an elderly man to his car. The teamwork and positivity in this bank are apparent. The downside was when I was directed to send an email in the morning this past Tuesday for an appointment at noon and that a call or an email will be sent to confirm the request before stopping by at the branch. Unfortunately, neither a call nor email was ever rendered and the entire morning was not productive.
