I call the Murrieta office, speak to a gentleman who tells me to ignore it since I am all up to date. Fast forward to 3 months later I have now received a notice from a collections agency for the same amount I had called about and was told all was paid and up to date. Turns out a new policy was written and a balance was left on the old which no one was competent enough to catch even when asked about it point blank. Now, my credit score is impacted AND my current policy is still with them - for now. What is the purpose of having a broker? What is the benefit of being with Barranca? Why call and speak to a representative when they don't care to actually help? What needs to happen to have the same people getting payment for a service to care about actually providing said service? If you are shopping for insurance I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Well that's because it's a direct deposit account for my pay that I get from this company. I have another bank for another company. All free direct deposits. The I have a 3rd bank that I take the money from the 2 and combine them at my main account Chase. But they won't let me use more than one bank to qualify. Like why not???? Just sit there saying that your money isn't in the account long enough? Duhhh it's in my Chase account. But then i were to run it using my Chase, they say we don't see any direct deposits. The lady kept repeating the same nonsense over and over. What difference does it make. They ask for proof of income and you give it to them. Then they say the money isn't in there long enough long enough to collect it. Thats because I don't pay any bills from that account. But if I did there would be. They don't even care. They don't want to lend money out. They'd rather sit there and make stupid rules and act like 255 dollars is a million. No wonder they can't afford a brick and mortar anymore. They also only look at the day that you say you get paid for income. Well I don't have a payday but they force you to pick one. I had no idea that would mean they only look on that day for income. How lazy is that? I get paid after every shift. So it's all spread out. They didn't care. They didn't try and help get it done in any way, shape or form. I explained all these things to her and she just kept repeating " the money doesn't stay in that account long enough" like a zombie robot who has zero thinking ability.
