Well that's because it's a direct deposit account for my pay that I get from this company. I have another bank for another company. All free direct deposits. The I have a 3rd bank that I take the money from the 2 and combine them at my main account Chase. But they won't let me use more than one bank to qualify. Like why not???? Just sit there saying that your money isn't in the account long enough? Duhhh it's in my Chase account. But then i were to run it using my Chase, they say we don't see any direct deposits. The lady kept repeating the same nonsense over and over. What difference does it make. They ask for proof of income and you give it to them. Then they say the money isn't in there long enough long enough to collect it. Thats because I don't pay any bills from that account. But if I did there would be. They don't even care. They don't want to lend money out. They'd rather sit there and make stupid rules and act like 255 dollars is a million. No wonder they can't afford a brick and mortar anymore. They also only look at the day that you say you get paid for income. Well I don't have a payday but they force you to pick one. I had no idea that would mean they only look on that day for income. How lazy is that? I get paid after every shift. So it's all spread out. They didn't care. They didn't try and help get it done in any way, shape or form. They were both very congenial and chatty throughout the transaction. We love Navy Federal and their customer service whether it is over the phone or in the branch. We have been loyal customers for over 2 decades!

Simple things like stocking the ATM with money over holidays seems to be a problem. Vehicle loan rates aren't even close to competitive. I attempted to finance a used vehicle loan with them. Their offer was 2.5% higher than other credit unions. Thats huge! Schools First Credit Union, San Diego County Credit Union and LBS Financial all came in with offers at least 2% lower. It's quite ridiculous and honestly Im beginning to lose faith in them. Save yourself the hassle and take your banking elsewhere.

Seeing that I might not get help for some time I made an appointment for several hours later. I received a text and an email confirming, which I thought was a good sign. Arriving promptly on time I was directed to the couch to sit and wait, and wait as long as when I didnt have an appointment. Couldnt take it and went down the street to the branch by Barrons. Dont know what happened but the Ynez branch service is not good anymore.

She didn't ask for my ID or anything else that other Chase banks do -- which is such a hassle. The place was relatively clean and I was the only one waiting in line. Cards came in the mail to be activated on March 22. They weren't usable until the 26th. I asked about my auto deducts and was assured that they would be picked up in the bank to bank transfer. They dropped some of my auto payments, causing late payment fees. They offered overdraft protection but charge you $10 per transaction if you use it. A charge came through that they thought was suspicious, Grocery Delivery I've been using forever. There was one unfamiliar charge. Needed to cancel my card. 7 to 10 days for a new card in the mail or $25. to Fed X me a new card. I can't wait to get rid of them. Going to Ally and Old Glory Banks.
