An amazing experience! I came to deposit some cash and a check and the entire process went super smoothly. My bank teller was also very kind and we made light conversation. She didn't ask for my ID or anything else that other Chase banks do -- which is such a hassle. The place was relatively clean and I was the only one waiting in line. They had a bunch of pens available for customers to take and everything was quite organized. I'll definitely be back in the future! read more

I have such great experiences every time I visit Chase for various business needs. Olga Contreras guided me to reopen my business account, and she was very helpful with knowledge to answer all the questions I had. Even though she knew that I was operating a small business, she spent a plenty of time to setup whatever I needed. Thank you so much! read more

Expecting a horrid experience, I was exceedingly surprised to find the customer service people friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The gentleman who helped me, Daniel V., answered all my queries in language even I, a "advanced age senior", could comprehend. He even wrote, with paper and pen, salient facts for me to take home and peruse later. All together, it was a satisfying experience, and renewed my faith in Chase Bank. read more

I am so upset, this is causing me so much stress. I deposited a check from my TRowe account for and the Teller clear told me there would be a hold for only one or two days most, I said no problem. That was on November 28, 2023 now today is December 5th, 2023 and I paid a credit card account and they did not pay it and my account shows withdrawn. I don't recommend this bank at all they are so big and think they can do anything they want. Including holding your money and then charge you fees. read more

I have tried many banks for our business in the past and have never experienced complete satisfaction. Yolanda CHASE BANK TEMECULA, CUSTOMERS BEWARE,ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS! I'm a long time customer at Chase Bank in Temecula California. I had my credit cards stolen on Chase Bank property 3 months ago. I am an 80-year-old senior citizen. Chase Bank gave me a partial refund from money stolen from checking but refused to return my savings account money stolen. When my cards were stolen the thieves went into Chase Bank and they were allowed to use them without asking for any ID which is definitely not the norm in the banking industry. I have the police report which I furnished to Chase Bank . Chase Bank has all the footage showing the suspects which is the evidence that they would need. I have been fighting to get my money returned for 3 months. read more

Really thankful today. Needed to cash a check, I don't bank with chase or anyone till today. The teller said I Couldn't cash my check because it was my first from the new company and I'm not a account holder. but DANNY the Assistant VP was so kind enough to stay after closing hours to help me open an account with them so I would have access to my check $ right away. He doesn't know how much this helped me. Great guy, very professional, and made everything simple and quick. read more

First of the month, I'm a retiree. Deposited large sum of cash into ATM which malfunctioned. Had teller come out to see and verify.Deposit did not show in my account. Branch manager helpful and apologetic but Chase would not credit my account for the deposit, until the ISSUE was "processed". May take several days to get my own money!!!! Their faulty machine and I am being penalized. BEWARE!!! read more

I left sucky sucks so much Bank of America after 20+ years of getting screwed over by fees. Came here to this branch to order more blank checks rather than withdraw large amounts of cash daily (it might be safe here in Temecula but I'm originally from the hood so getting robbed after withdrawing cash from the atm is not unheard of!) This branch is open on Saturday's even though it is dimly lit inside during business hours. Shiva R greeted me warmly and asked me what I needed assistance with. She is super attractive and friendly and makes it worth coming here on a rainy Saturday. I was in and out in 5 minutes without being upsold on sales pitches unlike those arseholes at BofA and Hells Fargo read more

I just walked in few mins ago, The greeting guy in the lobby asked what I have which was wiring money in to the escrow They seemed confused I even overheard him asking a banker if she can help me and she easily said let him try the teller if not I am here. I went to the teller and she easily said due to the additional work we can not call to confirm the bank acct you do it yourself and then I take care of you. I did call and confirm and wait for her to finish another customer and after she said now you can have a seat for a banker to help you in 15 mins!!!! I should say I had overall similar so call customer service level in this branch before too. If you have a busy day and are in rush or you may likely respect your time don't even bother going there since they definitely not respecting people's time. There are 2 other branches in the close by area and they really appreciate their customers and help them out no matter if they want to open an account in their branch or have a wire transfer. I am sorry for the management of this branch since it should be something that initiated from that level to have this typical level of customer service going on there. read more

I would first like to say that this Chase Bank has a wonderful team and are always willing to help. I would like to specifically mention Brian Henderson. If you are switching banks or in the market for a new bank account, loan, credit card etc. Please give Brian Henderson a call first or walk-in too for that matter. You will not be disappointed. He will do the best he can to fulfill all your questions that you may have for Chase. Thanks again Brian and oh the interview went well. I got asked to come back for a second interview. Thanks again buddy. read more

Great people and great service. Danny and C.J.are always a great deal of help and all the tellers are the best.

We have been with Chase for over 15 years after have experiencing horrible service with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Our entire family not only has personal accounts, but we also run a business and do all of our banking with Chase. Although I love Chase, the branch on California Oaks is especially superb. We recently moved to Temecula and drive all the way to this branch to do our banking. Every employee we've ever dealt with has been extremely professional and friendly, but Rachelle Torres is by far the reason we continue to bank with Chase. She goes out of her way to treat us like a valued client and and the service she has provided is over the years has been exemplary. read more

The team at Chase is very personable and nice. Chase somehow has the ability to hire good people. The corporate decision makers don't get it. They continue to decrease staff and invest in machines in branches to force customers to do "self banking". Just like self checkout at Walmart or Home Depot the machines require human intervention to actually use them. It's sad really. People like to do bus ness with people they like and build a relationship with. And to add to my concerns with Chase, who I've banked with for 25-years, they won't allow my wife and I to be on our kids OTMA accounts. Only one adult can be on a minor's account regardless of status of being "parents" or guardians. Chase would not allow my wife to make a deposit to our kids accounts. Odd policy. And to add to the corporate mess, Chase does not allow customers access to their restrooms. Small complaint? Perhaps, but when you have money in a bank that provides .001% return on your money, the least they can do is allow your kid to use the restroom. Time to move to Ally. At least they don't have a physical location filled with self banking. read more

Britney the branch manager should be fired! I noticed there are several complaints about her behavior and she continues to be rude and treat customers with disrespect! I called the bank several times to get an appointment for an IRA but the phones are always busy and I could not get through. So today I went into the branch to open an 100,000.00 IRA. I waited in the teller line to be told they are busy and to have a seat. No "HELLO, WE'LL BE WITH YOU SOON". So I waited 10 minutes, to see someone about the IRA. I got up again to ask the teller how much longer and she said they are busy. I looked around the lobby area and there were 5 employees in cubicles ALONE!!!!! Just maybe one of them could help me? I sat back down and waited, waited. I got up to move my legs due to rheumatoid arthritis in my knees. I am 71 years old and disabled. FINALLY, Britney walks by in a hurry and asks what do I want. I told her an IRA. She stated to me "DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT". I explained I had tried for 2 days to make an appointment on the phone but I couldn't get through. She says to me she 's very busy and for me to sit down and wait for 15 minutes! Why couldn't she be nice and ask one of the 5 employees sitting alone to help me? Isn't that her job? It was the way she talked to me. She was angry at me for asking for customer service.....that is because she does not know what customer service means! A smile, a calm welcome, costs her nothing! I have been with Chase for 20 years. What a disappointment that LOYAL CUSTOMERS get treated this way...NO RESPECT!!!!!!! I guess Chase does not need loyal customers anymore with employees like BRITNEY....so sad! read more

I am very angry with Chase Bank. I've been a customer for many years and they (yesterday) went me a new DEBIT Card with a new card number. Is there anyone out there that may agree with me that this will cause customers a GREAT DEAL of inconvenience? Been on the line with them for over 15 minutes trying to speak with a supervisor because the representatives say only that "I'M sorry for your uncomfortable concern". Blew my mind. Whenever someone says I'm sorry for your inconvenience or uses the word CONCERN it means they don't give a hank ad that's how it is so they can drop your call. Im now holding for the escalations people and want a formal complaint issued by myself. When I told he first rep I wanted to speak with her supervisor she said "They'll just tell you the same thing I did". They are changing the card numbers on ALL OF OUR CARDS in order to implement a new chip in the card. That's up to them to do that BUT CHANGING MY CARD NUMBER is not going to happen. What idiots. So I'll close my account and not ever deal with them again. I'd have to go and change all of my automatic deposits, all of the accounts for utilities, credit cards, etc., etc., and that takes so much of my time. Please, if any of you feel the same, let me know. IT'S GOING TO BE FOR US ALL AND OUR CURRENT DEBIT CARDS WILL BE VOID AFTER SEPTEMBER 2015. THANK YOU, MELODY ALBERTS The person I spoke with was names Ervina. She isn't even in the United States. She is in the Philippines and I had such a difficult time understanding any of them. Know what she said when I said I'd be closing my account before September 15th? She said, "OK". How's that for customer service? Get ready, it's going to happen to all Chase Bank customers. read more

I've been with this branch since the WaMu days and the only thing I can say about the conversion to Chase is that it only got better. Chase is serious about customer service. I have direct deposit so I don't find myself going into the bank very much but when I do, I am warmly greeted and the staff seem to genuinely care about their customers. When you go in, take some time to sit down with the staff and have them review your accounts. They can make recommendations to make your money work smarter for you and give you options for your bank accounts that you didn't know existed. My review would not be complete without mentioning the service from the fraud department, I was recently a victim of fraud and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I'm glad I can count on this bank to stop in and visit with a friendly banker and also have the strength of a big bank securing my money. Customer for life. read more

Did you know that Chase Bank holds onto your money if you deposit a check from another bank for up to 10 WORKING DAYS!!! They take the money from your other bank and do not allow you to use it till 10 WORKING DAYS later! This is insane! Especially since the Teller tells you that it will only be held for TWO (2) days! So you will lose 10 days of INTEREST while Chase uses your money! I pulled all of my money from this bank! Ridiculous! read more

I would not bank at any Chase Bank. My mother is 87 years old and is bed ridden. Her bank card was stolen out of her purse and the person charged $3000 on her card. I notified the bank and they first gave her a "temporary credit" then took the entire amount back. I explained my mother could not have made these charges because first she cannot walk and second she was staying with me her daughter because her son just died and the charges were made 2 hours away. They still took the money back and said it did not constitute fraud....WORST BANK EVER!!! read more

This may be one way JPMorgan Chase is currently worth $10.3 billion ranking # 57 by Forbes. This is my story: On May 21, 2016 my husband was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer and passed away on May 29, 2016. Soon after, during preparation for my late husband's "celebration of life" event, my middle child asked me if we could help one of her co-workers who was down on his luck. With some thought, I agreed to let him stay for 2 months to help him get back on his feet. Sorry to report that was not my best decision. On June 10th. I went to my banks (Chase and BBVA) to notify them of my husband passing, gave them his death certificate, and had him removed from the accounts. At this time no one informed me that I should order new checks. On July 28th, two days before our guest was to leave, we discovered that he had stolen almost all my jewelry, my mother's jewelry, my grandson's PS-4 player, my daughter's checkbook, and two of my checkbooks. I immediately went down to both banks and reported them stolen. I first went to BBVA Compass and found that 2 checks had been cashed with my signature forged. I am happy to report that BBVA returned all my money without question: $2,450.00 in all. Next, I went to Chase Bank. During the review of my account it was discovered one check had been cashed for $1,750.00 on July 27th, and we were able to stop payment on 2 additional checks before they could be cashed. Thank goodness; otherwise I would have been screwed out of more money. All three checks had my deceased husband's signature forged on them. The forgery was very obvious, since my husband was a lefty. We did find out what bank the checks were deposited into and that they were deposited via phone app. I also gave Chase all the information that the police officers gave us (i.e. case #'s and etc.) During my visit at Chase, they asked me "What do you think the money was used for?". I flippantly stated "Probably drugs". Isn't that what most thieves use the money for? Chase asked where the checkbooks were stored. My reply was "Next to my computer, where I pay my bills". Chase informed me that my claim would go through review and they would let me know. Well those statements have had an extremely stressful and heart-wrenching effect on me for the last 6 weeks or so. On August 9th. I called the Chase Claims Department to find out status on my claim. To my surprise, they denied my claim. Chase's Reason: They are not going to pay me, because it was my fault that I did not hide my checkbook knowing I had a drug abuser in my home. Two points: 1) I never said he was a drug abuser, they asked me a purely speculative "What do I think" question. Chase assumed that stance. 2) Chase requires that you hide your checkbook. Boy, that was a surprise. I did not know that a financial institution could dictate how you live your life in your own home. This is just another way of placing fault on the victim, so that Chase has an escape method, and does not to have to pay. Remember the thief went through my entire home, so hiding my checkbooks would not have done any good. I was so blown away by Chase's decision to victimize me again and to steal my money that I asked for another review. After several attempts to get this resolved, I did ask the question, "Since I took my husband off the account 6 weeks prior, why did you cash the check?" Chase's Answer: "His name was on it." Obviously, there is NO verification at the bank of who's on the account and at no time did Chase mention that I should order new checks to take his name off. Remember, however, it's all my fault because of my "probably drugs" statement. By this time (6 weeks later), I was so incredibly angry and frustrated with how Chase was treating me, I finally had to mention that I would get my attorney involved and sue if I had to. Faster than you could blink the Claims Department transferred the case to the Executive Department. Today, September 6th, I received a message from Chase's Executive Department stating that they are still denying my claim, that they consider this a civil claim, and that I can take the thief to court to retrieve my money... NICE. The thief is currently in jail for robbing another victim, and what do you think my chances are to retrieve my money.... Zero to none!!!!! The reason for my story is to warn you to watch out. Obviously Chase does not care about its clients and has installed some rules that I am sure most of you are unaware of. Thank you Chase, for treating me as an account # (not a person), for using fine print to steal from me, and basically telling me I DESERVED to be ripped off by the thief and Chase because I said "probably drugs" and I did not bury or hide my check book. REALLY!!! Sincerely, Ex - Chase Client Shana Duer read more
