He followed up with me on several occasions to make sure I was aware of the status of my document's... until they were received by the attend party. I had a great customer experience. I will definitely recommend colleagues, friends and family to bank with Chase Bank, because of Armin professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you Armin outstanding job. All businesses have problems - the difference between one worthy of your business and one that isn't is how they handle the times when things don't go as planned. Armin Hamouni is one of those individuals who represents a business above and beyond his normal responsibilities. He's one of the main reasons I keep using Chase. As others have pointed out - he's competent, helpful, knowledgable and whenever necessary goes the extra mile. I am so appreciative that I have an advocate like Armin when I need one. read more

I went to this branch to sign a signature card for a business account. I was helped by Armin H. who provided above and beyond customer service. He was so helpful and it was so nice to have such a pleasant customer experience at a bank. Thank you for the great customer service! read more

Such great customer service. We called to get one simple thing rectified and the representative went above and beyond and took care of multiple things on the call and we were very pleased. We highly recommend Chase Bank. read more

I had a problem making a transfer until I met Armin H. at the Temecula Parkway branch. The man is a problem solver and a total professional. Chase should use him as a model of how they want their employees to treat customers. I would highly recommend Armin for top notch customer service. Thanks Armin for getting things done. read more

Adam at Chase Bank was so professional and kind. My dad wasn't sure why an automatic payment went thru (it appeared to be a double payment.) Adam explained it so patiently and kind. I told him he prevented us from having a heart attack. Adam, Stay sweet, calm, and patient as you are. We appreciate you for making our day. read more

Difficult to deposit cash without going through so much hassle. Took a long time and proof of my identity. Poor customer service and not very helpful. The teller would not waive temporary check fees. But I over heard the teller waiving check fees for the their customer. read more

Any other time, I would have given this branch 5 stars. But the treatment I got today was so over the top rude, I just can't. Been banking at this branch since it opened. Went in today to cash a check. Was only able to get a portion in cash (it's standard for this branch, so it was fine ) But the rude attitude of the teller today was so uncalled for I almost laughed. All the others are so sweet and friendly, so I expected the same today. I had never seen her b4, thin, short, brown hair and eyes, glasses, wearing a lavender top w/ black flowers, and a black blazer. (Description because she had no name tag, which was also different from her co-workers.) So, to the lady that was terrible to me today for NO reason, if you read this, a smile, a little hello, a response when someone speaks to you! That would have been nice! I was super nice to you! read more

The people that works here are so professional and helpful. The help I needed was beyond deposit, cashing checks, etc. It had something to do with mortgage payment and mine was a little more complicated that a regular payment. Kristie from the mortgage dept was so helpful. She was kind and understood my concern. All the staff I encountered were helpful. Thank you so much Chase in Temecula. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. They had me waiting with no updates or check ins for a notary. I waited a 1/2 hr and finally couldn't wait anymore. I had called prior to going in and asked if any notaries were available. They said yes it was a slow day and I could be seen right away and to come right in (which I did). Only to have to wait indefinitely and my docs still aren't notarized. I have to go back tomorrow am. I don't have a lot of time to waste, I work ft and I have little ones. If they had just been honest from the start that it was going to be a long wait, I would have came back. But it was a waste of my time. read more

Don't get your mortgage loan from Chase: The Chase lending team in Temecula enticed us to switch lenders on a new home by offering a $5,000 closing guarantee that they will close in 21 days. Do not believe for a minute that they will honor this. Their local Lending Officer clearly did not understand the terms of this offer as throughout the process we discussed the timing AND the offer; and when the mortgage funded (after the 21 days) he agreed we would be paid. NOT THE CASE! WE NEVER RECEIVED THE GUARANTEE. We challenged this up the line and were alway greeted with the same response, "your clock started ticking on X date and we closed in 15 days". Well that is not what our loan officer said. You would think he would know the terms and/or Chase would stand behind their employees. NEITHER. Simple advice, Don't trust what the loan offers at Chase say. They are there to close their sale, and not show concern for what they tell their customers. We had another lender ready to go on day one and we could have closed in 15 days, but we went with Chase. Chase controls when the clock starts and they never intend to back their Closing Guarantee. Don't fall for it. read more

Expect Covid safety? Not here. I just left the branch - customer walks in - no mask. Walks right by greeter at door, who was wearing his mask UNDER his nose. Nice. Chase management, if you doubt me - run the tape for 4:40 pm on 11/18. And we wonder why cases are skyrocketing.... read more

Went in this Thursday and two customers and two EMPLOYEES were blatantly not wearing masks while the sign on their front door asks patrons to wear a mask prior to entering. One employee was perhaps an advisor or someone of managerial level. Either way, will be going to another location where safety is valued. read more

DO NOT USE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER!!!!! My wife and I went here to open a joint checking account together and worked with Miss Trenisha Bennett who gets 5 stars for helping us set up that account. She is wonderful. She helped us set up our active military/veteran account, since I am in the National Guard and the account is great. She was so good I asked if I can open a business account for a small business I was just starting. That was the biggest mistake I have made so far running my business. She got me in touch with their business department. I worked with "Jackie from Chase Centralized new account opening team." She was horrible. She called me and asked me for some information, told me once she had the information it would be 24 hours and the account would be set up. I called her back 20 minutes later with the information she requested and she did not answer. I left a message. Over the next week I called every day, sometimes multiple times a day, she avoided my calls, never called me back. In the middle of the next week, I finally called Ms. Bennett to ask for help. The next Day Jackie called me back (because Ms. Bennett is the best) and lied about Ms. Bennett. Jackie is awful. I know this because I went in to see Ms. Bennett that day to discuss the matter and I know Jackie lied. It took over 3 weeks to get the account open. Last week I was asked by a potential new client if I could accept a credit or debit card. I called Ms. Bennett to see if this is something Chase could offer. Ms. Bennett had me in contact with Sam Mason the same day, that was one week ago today (Friday). I asked him when can I tell client's I will be able to take a credit or debit card, Monday he said, its easy to set up he said, it will take 20 minutes over the phone. I said great can we do it right now, he said he was too busy and no one else there could help, but he would call me first thing Monday morning. We spoke on Monday, "there was a little issue, but it will only take one or two more days, everything is great," Sam said. I called on Thursday Morning, he said later that afternoon I'd be up and running. I called this morning, Friday, and he is ignoring my calls. Well the clients don't want to wait, and I can't blame them. I'm talking about transactions ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 and apparently, that's just not enough for Chase Business to care about. I am extremely disappointed and I urge you to avoid Chase for your small business needs. Personal checking and credit cards seem to be their thing, they don't care about your small business. read more

Location is very convenient, with drive thru and ATM after hours. The bank in located in the Walmart- Ross shopping center. Not a friendly branch...unfortunately it stems from management. Expect delays in getting any banking done within reasonable time as the tellers constantly need overrides from management who don't seem motivated to support their own team, let alone loyal customers. I love what Chase offers, but this branch tarnishes the brand. If you're traveling through the area, I would try another branch. read more
