I began treatment with Dr. Cohen in June 2025 for chronic neck and jaw pain. Prior to seeing him, I had tried numerous treatments--including multiple TMJ orthotics, PRP, Botox, and steroids--none of which provided pain relief lasting longer than a week or two. At Temecula Disc Center, my treatment plan included laser therapy for my neck and jaw along with chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Cohen's approach helped improve my neck and jaw alignment and significantly reduced muscle tension. Not only did I experience long-lasting pain relief, but Dr. Cohen also took the time to educate me about my condition throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Cohen also encouraged me to try different types of treatments as part of an integrative approach and supported my use of complementary therapies such as regenerative medicine (PRP), SoftWave therapy, and the Remy laser (another Class IV laser). While I did try SoftWave therapy, I found the Class IV laser to be more beneficial for my specific case. I also tried PRP again with a different doctor and achieved excellent results when combined with Dr. Cohen's care (a big thank you to Dr. Anne Zulzeski from the Institute for Progressive Medicine--she really knows where to inject). Dr. Cohen's team--Kirsten, Ronny, Melinda, and Ashley--is outstanding. Ronny is always able to fit me into the calendar, even on short notice. Kirsten has administered most of my laser treatments; she's the best! Regardless of who is providing the laser treatments, I always feel comfortable communicating exactly where my pain points are. So happy!! I found this place. I have had neuropathy for over 18 years and have tried everything to help with the pain, from prescription medication which did nothing to essential oils and vitamins that helped a little with the pain but still couldn't get me through a whole workday hurting and limping to my car in the end of my shift. I have been getting tired of living and working like this and when I think it can't get any worse it does. So when I saw the disc centers ad that said they can help reverse neuropathy I knew I had to take the chance and see if they can help. It's only been a little over 6 months and I feel like a new person. I can make it through most workdays now to little or no pain at the end of my shift and the best part is walking to my car not limping. Overall fantastic. I have been to two different chiropractors in Murrieta and Temecula and have never taken the time to leave a review... until now. The office is super clean, modern and has some technology i haven't seen at other offices. Nicole the Office Operator is a Southern sweetheart and makes you feel very welcome upon entering the office. It was also very refreshing to have people who feel for the pain you're in and try to accommodate accordingly. Dr. Cohen is very kind, and generally seems to care which is a fresh take on a Doctor. During my first consultation and adjustment- I actually felt like it was a consultation. Dr. Cohen took plenty of time to explain what was happening and why it was happening and most importantly how he could fix it. He even took the time and gave my neck and shoulders some laser therapy on the house - what a treat! After being adjusted I already felt relief upon leaving the office. I have been in pain since 2021 due to a car accident. These past 3 months I have been having very bad pressure in the back of my head , headaches , fatigue & foggy brain . I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for the last three months. I have had neck and back issues for many years and tried many different types of treatments over time. I'm so grateful for what a successful outcome. I didn't have to have any surgeries or take any more pain pills. I was in such pain when I first saw Dr Luke Cohen, when he touched my lower back I about jumped out of my skin, I've been going for about a month in a half and my pain level was a 9. Today it's 1 I'd say almost 0 . I go 2 times a week and this table you lay on it's amazing it stretches you, and for me my pain was caused by a Sciatic nerve. So don't have surgery or keep taking pain pills I highly recommend you come here first. The lady at the front desk and his nurse are so sweet , and he is awesome. I'm so happy to have my life back . I do have to say one last thing After your visits it is super important for you to go home rest ice & heat. I stumbled on Dr. Cohen's practice on IG; I have adult degenerative scoliosis with a lower moderate Cobb angle that is also pinching my sciatic, leading to pain so severe I had to end my 32 year career prematurely at 55. Decompression, laser therapy, and adjustments here significantly increased my quality of life. Part of my trapped sciatic, after nearly 3 years of excruciating pain, is actually much better! I did not believe it could be done, and I am sure this sounds fake, but it is not. I have had back surgery, epidurals, etc., with no real improvement in my back or sciatic pain. My back now feels improved, too - the pain of both together were ruining my life. I couldn't recommend Dr. Cohen any more - he is compassionate, kind, and caring. Dr. Cohen is Great!! I recently retired after 24 yrs in the Navy, I was diagnosed with a Herniated disc and the VA offered back surgery or pain meds with steroid shots to manage the pain. I was in chronic pain daily with lower back pain and nerve pain (sciatic) down both legs! My wife has had lower back pain for 20 yrs. we both saw Dr. Cohen and he provided a treatment plan suited for each of us. After the third visit, my Sciatic pain was completely gone, My wife no longer needs a pillow for support when she sits.. we have only had 5 sessions and look forward to completed the initial treatment. As a volunteer first responder in Riverside county, I had a severe back and Sciatica Injury that severely limited my ability to move and do my job. When I came in I had back pain that was affecting my work and personal life.
