Where do I begin... back in October I had been dealing with a pinched nerve on a constant basis, originating in the neck region and traveling all the way down to my hand. After multiple appointments and test with my doctors I decided to research treatments that did not involve steroids or any meds. I was lucky to find Dr. Cohen, not only is he a nice man but he is so thorough and attentive; my first visit he took a complete set of cervical/spinal x-rays. He loves what he does and that definitely comes through when you are being treated. His front office Nicole is also very professional and so helpful. So happy!! I found this place. I have had neuropathy for over 18 years and have tried everything to help with the pain, from prescription medication which did nothing to essential oils and vitamins that helped a little with the pain but still couldn't get me through a whole workday hurting and limping to my car in the end of my shift. I have been getting tired of living and working like this and when I think it can't get any worse it does. Let me start by saying Dr. Cohen is great. Highly recommend him for any chiropractic needs. I am a 42yr old construction worker for 23 years so you can imagine how messed up my back is. We all have that skepticism of chiropractors are no good they just mess you up more. Well I was like that. Being that I was in pain scale of tears I had to try something. Let me break it down for you guys I saw an advertisement on FB filled out the questionnaire and with in minutes he had responded and spoke briefly and made an appointment like the next day. I had meet with him and had a consultation with him. He knows what's up he said this what we need to do and gave me the cost, which mind you isn't cheap but not to crazy but reasonable. Also being a large sum of money I was like shit I can't afford that all at once. He was cool enough to let me make payments on the work to be done. I was excited to try Temecula Disc Center after a flare-up of an old disc injury landed me in the ER last week. Obviously, the mainstream medical remedies of anti-inflammatories and PT haven't been as effective I need them to be. However, when I arrived at my appointment today not a single employee or patient in the office was wearing a mask. I would never feel comfortable receiving any sort of health or medical treatment from an office that can't even be bothered to follow simple state mandates to keep their patients and staff safe. How difficult is it to wear a mask and require your clients to wear a mask? I fully intend to file a complaint with the Board of Chiropractic Examiners. read more

My gosh, Dr. Cohen is a healer. My husband was really suffering when we found him. He could barely walk, turn, sit or sleep. He was feeling extremely discouraged after being in so much pain for such a long period of time, and his life had become greatly diminished. Dr. Cohen has helped me with my back pain and stiffness. Sitting around for over a year in lockdown didn't help my already bad back and it's improved so much since I started treatments here. The thing I like most about this place is they will do a full exam with X-rays when you first come in and give you different options of treatment depending on your budget. Dr. Cohen is Amazing!!! I went to Urgent Care over a month ago for my shoulder because I was pretty confident it was dislocated and after an exam they told me it was just a sprang and told me to take Motrin and heat for comfort. After a few weeks of ongoing pain I decided something wasn't right and I went to my primary care doctor and she sent me to Dr. Cohen. I walked over to his office as it was just a few doors down from my doctors office to see if I could get an appointment and they got me right in! When I saw Dr. Cohen he immediately said of yeah you have a dislocated shoulder for sure. I was so out of alignment.
