I was experiencing sciatic pain and lower back pain from an old tailbone injury. I came to Temecula Disc Center, not really knowing what to expect, but knew I did not want to go the route of surgery or pain meds. After my consultation with Dr Luke, we created a plan with the understanding that it may take some time to find the right combo of spinal decompression and laser treatments. All I have to say is, TRUST THE PROCESS!! Some days were better than others, but I made it through and am now pain free!! The office staff is incredibly kind, supportive, and they listen to you. I am not sure if it was just my personal injury but I paid thousands of dollars for a tx regimen here. Unfortunately the very 1st treatment ended up causing me a great deal more pain. The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. If you pay for the whole treatment plan up front you get a discount so that is exactly what I did. Of course, anyone would want to save money. Because the initial treatment affected me so adversely they ended up giving me a refund. I have a disc protrusion in my cervical spine that is pressing against my spinal cord. This has caused me great pain and discomfort. I honestly had a lot of hope for this treatment and hoped that it could have worked for me. What they are calling decompression is basically a very expensive motorized traction machine that can be programmed to personally treat an individual. The machine stretches and relaxes again at intervals. I do think that if you have home traction device it would probably work as well as the fancy, expensive, motorized machines being utilized here. I don't want my review to deter anyone from seeking help from Temecula Disc Center. I just wanted to give my honest review in that I don't think this method of treatment is a one size fits all. If you have a serious spinal cord compression, radiculopathy or myelopathy I would encourage you to check with your neurologist before seeking alternative treatments out of desperation like I did. read more

Dr. Cohen is an amazing chiropractor with a truly wonderful staff and a clean, attractive, and functional office. Adjustments are done in a separate room with privacy walls between patients - I love that. What I like best is, he uses subtle manipulations and a hydrologic drop table to absorb pressure. So you don't have to be a contortionist in awkward grappling positions to receive an effective adjustment. I love it. He's also conservative, which I appreciate. He doesn't adjust for the sake of adjusting. He assesses and adjusts what's needed each time he sees you. I fully trust Dr. Cohn's input and recommendations. He also has additional services to help with deep tissue repair, which I've had great success with when my lower back spasms. Should've done this last year when I visited Temecula Disc Center in January their machines are life-changing and if you have problems with your spine, I highly recommend going and trying out their spine machine. they will let you pay for one session which I believe is under $200 and you can try out the machine and see how you feel. You don't have to sign up for lengthy multiple sessions before you commit to more sessions but just try it. Ask, one of their therapist to show you how easy it is to start sleeping on your back! My husband and I both see Dr. Cohen and I can't begin to tell you how thankful we are for him. He is very genuine and truly cares about his patients. HE LISTENS and he is understanding and he knows what he is doing. We look forward to our treatments and for both of us to be almost pain free and active again has been absolutely life changing. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Cohen, Rany, and Kristin. They saved our lives! I started seeing Dr Cohen just for general chiropractic on a regular basis. He got me back in alignment quickly and it has been almost a year since I have had pain during my workday. My husband had severe sciatic nerve problems and had been told by 2 neurosurgeons that he needed surgery. Not wanting surgery to unless absolutely necessary, we sought the advice of Dr Cohen. He developed a treatment plan for my husband using spinal decompressions and chiropractic adjustments. It was not easy at all. The cost was more than we expected but they were able to help with a payment plan. And the pain from the treatments at first was very difficult to watch my husband endure. But very quickly, he was able to do things that he had not done in over a year! After the first month, he was able to get on his knees and sit on the floor which was a BIG DEAL to our daughter! The team and Temecula Disc Center were incredibly professional and educated me on what was causing tension in my neck and shoulders, took X-rays, and walked me through the process every step of the way. I had no idea that my shoulder was so far out of the socket that one of my arms was actually two inches longer than the other.
