The only reason this place gets even one star is because they attempted a service. They failed in every way. My car was still dirty and even the vacuum job was terrible. I had to wipe my car myself. The management is doing a terrible job also. This makes me sad since this car wash has been in town forever and as a small business owner, I hate to see any business fail. I have been going to this carwash for 4+years, with some minor issues over time. Last week someone broke my tail light. I have the car wash club and use it frequently. I can't believe a dishonest employee couldn't come forward to admit. They tried to tell me it happened somewhere else. I told the manager Dave that he should thank me for telling him that there is a problem with an employee and he should look into it. I didn't just wake up one day and decide to ruin my relationship with the carwash. I bought my tail light, $$$ and will have it installed on my own. I just can't believe they let good customers walk away, loyalty is seriously not rewarded. I am cancelling my carwash club and telling everyone that I know to quit going there. Absolutely no customer service, didn't even offer me a free wash. No people skills or courtesy whatsoever!!!!! People, go to Murrieta or use a mobile detail/carwash service. I find it interesting that most of the positive reviews are from people who live out of the area. I have given this place a few chances to get it right. They've failed each time. Paid $39.99 for the "Super Interior Cleaning" . I had to point out so many areas they missed that I finally get tired of it and gave up. My rims looked terrible, they left them untouched except for whatever they machine cleaned off when it ran through. Again I pointed out the mess and the guy went around and wiped them by hand but put in very little effort and they still looked terrible. Bird droppings all over the car... how do you miss this? I had to get to work so I took the loss and left... That was the last time for me... Found a place in Corona that is great, I'll stop when I pass through each week. read more

Worst car was I have ever had. I kid you not. We took our car in for a car wash and shampooing. The dash was still covered in dust. They didn't vacuum the trunk though we requested it twice. I took a white towel I had in the back and ran it over the dash and showed them the dirt. The men called for the manager who never came. The shampoo job wasn't very good it looked like he just got the seats wet and there were spots where that the car wasn't even vacuumed let alone shampooed. I could have done better in my backyard. This place is only good for quick oil change and quick hand wash .. Don't get anything else here. If you need a transmission flush and refill don't come here because all they do is "drain "and refill. Go somewhere that actually drains ,flushes ,and refills the transmission fluid. Pulled into the car wash into an empty line. Got out of the car and was asked to move into another line. Did that. Got out of the car expecting to choose which wash I wanted. No... Was asked to pull up as the car in front of me left. I felt like a cattle being herded. I then selected a Super silver package. It was $23.99. Went inside and paid, continued on to outside and sat down. Within 5 minutes my truck was finished. Really?!? Obviously it was a lousy job so I contacted the manager. He refused to make it right and just said have a nice day" and walked off. I will NEVER go back there!!! Such poor work ethic and unsatisfactory customer service. My wife and I took both of our cars there for the first time. I was hopeful that I would be pleased with the quality of work for this first visit. I was then planning to signup for the monthly service for both cars. That hope was dashed! The customer service was very friendly and the speed of the wash was fantastic. However, the quality of the wash was horrible. The rims on both of our cars were only partially cleaned. Portions of each spoke of the rims were not cleaned. The interior was only partially vacuumed. The tire dressing was not uniformly applied. The lack of cleaning explains the amazingly fast service. Both my wife and I considered this to be our worst car washing experience. We will not be returning and certainly will not consider the monthly service. read more

I have gone to Rancho Car Wash several times, leaving bags of groceries and all in the car and have never had an issue with something being taken. I have always received quick and diligent service, and a beautiful clean car in the end. The workers drying the cars are also working hard and fast to get customers their cars, they wipe down everything, even opening doors and drying the entire door seam. I apparently got in the wrong lane for the wash I wanted. The guy told me I had to go around and get in the other line. I was the second person there but by this time many other cars where in line. All the cars go to the same place. He couldn't figure it out other then to tell me to go around and get in the other line. I've been coming here for years and service has been going down hill the last year. Today was the worst service ever. We will not be going back again. First off, I asked the attendant to please vacuum under the mats, they did a very poor job and couldnt even put the mats back correctly. Then they called me to get my car and they didn't even wipe off the dash or clean the bugs or hand prints off the windows. After sitting in my car for about 10 minutes waiting for someone that understood English to please do what they didn't do. He came over sprayed the glass and walked away. I bought a brand new car signed up for the monthly payment every time I came in no one wrote down my Vin number no one can understand that I don't have license plates every time I can in everyone had to ask who I am the second month came I got my license plates I told the cashier lady she added my license plates and said we I should close your first account OK fine few weeks Later I find out I got double charge I went and explained it to the general manager he had no care in the world looked at me like he wanted to fight me told me to prove it I told him here a picture on my phone that the charges were taking out from my credit card and my debit card he told me come back with statements no apology no sorry for the inconvenience nothing I want back the next day talk to some lady cashier older lady she kept giving me attitude and telling me that it's been taken care of after 2 1/2 weeks I still did not get my money refunded finally I called their other location try to talk to the owner the owner never return my call I talk to the sweet lady named Michelle at the Jefferson location and as of today she's in the process of trying to get my money back from the first time I was charge incorrectly. The nice lady Michelle make sure I didn't get off the phone until she had all the information that she needed to push to get my money back. So as of right now I'm paying 39.95×2 for carwashes. I just can't believe they're so quick to take my money but as I notice in the reviews they fail horribly resolving any issues they are a bunch of crooks and if I don't get my money back I will send my lawyer. And I noticed the owner never comments on the yelp reviews trying to resolve anything. I should've read the yelp reviews before I signed up. You people that are saying good things about this place well it's simple it's just a car wash in and out but just wait until you have an issue with your vehicle you'll think twice. This has been such an inconvenience on me. Now I can't go to this car wash which is right next to me now I have to find some other place to go. STOP!!! Read this before getting your car wash at Temecula Rancho Car Wash. This is the worst car wash ever. They charged me $19.99 for a simple wash. Yes, SIMPLE, BASIC wash. OMG! this car wash could've been done by the a group of young kids trying to make extra money on the side. I believe they would've done a much better job. The person in charge on Sunday, December 3rd was extremely rude and in desperate need to attend a class "How to satisfy a customer due to poor service". I had some dirty spots on my car that needed special attention. Well, apparently they just wipe the car dry and did not use any spray gun (other car washes uses dirt remover spray) to remove the dirt. I mentioned to the person in charge and he basically said "This is the type of performance they do for $19.99". That is sooo unacceptable!!! If there were minus 5 stars, they would definitely get minus 5. Now, I understand why this car was is rated 1 1/2 stars. I've been getting my car washed at RCW for about 15 years now, they've always done a decent job. Recently they seem to have gone lean on what is included in their service while raising prices. I haven't had my car washed here for about a year now. I had my car washed here today (10/19/2017) and I was surprised by their attitude and reduce service. I just can't afford to have my car washed here any longer, I don't mind the price so long as the value is there. Today I paid $20 and it didn't even include a basic wipe down of the dashboard, that was offered for an additional cost of $10. We came here for a basic car wash for $19.99. Walking up to the car instantly we could see bug splatter still left on the front bumper that even a poor functioning electric car wash would have washed off. On the inside it was obvious they did not even lift the floor mats up to vacuum (clearly visible pieces of trash beneath mats) nor did they vacuum between the seats or do a thorough wipe down of anything on the inside. When we came back the manger was defensive and unprofessional, as expected by someone put in a management position at too young of an age, and continually pressed that if we had opted for the more expensive wash that our car would have been clean and they couldn't 'waste 5 minutes of their time' to vacuum certain areas we pointed out. I've been to twelve dollar car washes that have done a better job, don't waste your time spending any amount of money here. This was the first, and also the last time I took my car to be washed at this place. When I got there, I chose the "deluxe car wash" which costs $19.99, thinking that it's should be much better than the regular wash since I paid an extra $5.00. Boy, was I wrong! They were done in less than 10 mins. I showed the attendant that my car still had dirty spots on it. They didn't even open the hatch to clean the rear window. When I lifted up the trunk, bunch of water running down, so he took the towel to wipe off the area. I also took the towel to help him to wipe off some dirty spots, but then he walked away, leaving me there to clean my own car. Could you believe that shit? Did not even windex the Windows from the inside, barely vacuumed, didn't clean the center console & when I complain the guy said "I never said i could vacuum dog hair" funny, that's the only thing I specifically asked for & if you couldn't that's fine with me but I would just have gone with a regular wash. I paid for a Deluxe wash that included foam wax, clear coat protectant, and under carriage wash. I watched my vehicle go through the wash, and got none of those services. I told the cashier that I didn't get the services provided that I paid for. She argued with me, stating "you really did get them, it's just that the lights on the machine are burned out". I told her that I watched my car go through, and nothing came out of the clearly marked nozzles- in addition to the lights "not flashing on". She copped a HUGE attitude, but got on the microphone and had a guy drive it back around and put it through again... Guess what? We have been customers of Rancho Car Wash for as long as we can remember...when it was still a gas station! A few weeks ago I took my car in to have it washed & the inside cleaned. When the car was done, I noticed the backs of my seats had not been wiped down. I asked for them to be wiped down at which point the owner came over & told me that I didn't ask for cleaning but only asked for conditioning. I asked for cleaning but even if the seats were just to be conditioned, it still would have appeared that they had been wiped down with conditioner. The owner accused me of changing what I asked for...I never changed what I asked for, but I certainly didn't get what I paid for. Seems like there would be a better way to handle customer service. I told him we wouldn't be returning. After a few weeks, I decided to give it another try as we have been going for such a long time. Went into get the oil changed on my wife's car & the servicemen told me he's not allowed to service my car because the owner put notes in the account that they aren't to service our car again ever. Guess it's time to find a new car wash that will do a great job and treat its long-time customers with professionalism!! read more

What a relief to get on here and see all these horrible reviews of this awful business. Glad to know I'm not the only one. But it is unfortunate they continue to operate their business this way. In this economy you'd think they'd take a little more pride in their work and actually value customers. For the past year the quality of their work has been going down hill. Today was the last straw. I paid $20 bucks (plus tip) for a crappy job. I pointed out a couple water marks to the employee who had my car keys, and he wiped quickly then kept pushing my keys to me. I didn't want to be "that lady" that examines the car with a walk around. So I got home and did my walk around. What a disaster! Water marks and bird poop all over. I called and asked to speak with the manager. He said they just put it through the machine wash and wipe it dry, that's it. And their water is "no spot" so it shouldn't leave spots. He said if the bird poop I was referring to was bee pollen (the small yellow drops) they don't clean that. WHAT?!!! You're a freaking car WASH! When I told him they were losing a customer and I was going to put a negative review on here he said, "ok, goodbye." No effort to try to salvage a good customer. Go to Hospitality Car Wash off Winchester and Margarita (by McDonald's). Same price, if not less, with much better service. read more

Terrible customer service and quality of work. I just took my brand new truck to get "hand" washed and it has water spots and is still dirty. I don't know how they managed to put a grease mark on my bumper. The windows are grimy where you can tell they used a dirty rag. The didn't vacuum the back seat, I have dirt on the floors and you can see their shoe marks on my back bumper and back seat. I can't believe I paid money for this quality of work. I won't be back. I called and the gentlemen who I spoke to was rude, his response to my complaint was "well you should've checked before you left." Drove my 2000 Mercedes to the lube shop to ask some questions. The guy was super friendly, just like other yelp review said. Ask him the cost of an oil change and he said $39, which includes oil, filter and topping off of any fluids. He also said that if my car took more than 5 quarts of synthic oil, I would be charged $8 a quart for the extra. He advised me to go to Walmart and get the extra oil, so I'm not charged more. Since most oil and lube places have to order my oil filter, I purchased one in advance and brought it with me to save on time. Unfortunately when I went to have it done, I was told that it would be $59, because my car takes full synthic oil and the fee just covers standard oil. They told me that I got a $3 credit for bringing my filter, (the filter I bought cost $8), and still got charged for the extra 3 liters (@$8 ea) my car needed. I ask why don't I get a credit for the 5 quartss of oil they would have used, so I got an additional $3 credit. I don't know what kind of oil they use, but no one sells 5 quarts for $3. The cheapest I found was $17. My total cost to have my oil changed there after providing my own filter and 5 quarts of oil was $90. A far cry from $39. The only reason I gave it 1 stars, was for the car wash, but for $50, it diffinately was not worth it. Won't be returning and the only thing I will tell people, it NOT to go there. Since my daughter works at an Auto Body shop up the street, I can bet she'll do the same. read more
