I reached out to a few companies but I was most impressed with WLV response, which was immediate and the prices were very competitive. Pablo, the owner came over within a week and was very thorough with my Ring install. I was so happy that I hired him to install new Ring Floodlights and doorbells at two of my rentals. Amazing job! He used Cat 6 cables and for the new installs he ran the cables in the attic and the final result was very clean. I had all of my tvs at my house hardwired to my cox modem to free up the WiFi. Excellent and clean job. I kept adding to my initial small order because I was so happy with the results. I bought a new 55" tv for the guest bedroom which he installed and mounted. He hid all the wires without blemishing my wall. I then bought 6 hardwired continuous recording cameras which turned out great and the monitor which he mounted on the wall, per my request, looked great. Again, clean job and cable maintenance. We had a couple of minor issues with connections because I have so much going on at my house, but Pablo and his guys were right there to resolve the issue. Amazing customer service, prompt response, friendly and professional as always. I am very happy with Wired Low Voltage knowledge and expertise. I love my results and will be calling them should I need anything else in the future. I highly recommend them. Great guys!!!

I waited two days for a response. They only wanted to provide a quote based on the picture I…read moreprovided and were unwilling to visit the site for an estimate. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

Excellent Work on Our Access Control System!…read more I am very impressed with the service we received from Ameritechs. They came in to handle the wiring for our current Access Control Unit and did a fantastic job. They were thorough, testing every single lead to ensure everything was wired correctly. Thanks to their expertise, all of our strikes and doors are now functioning perfectly within our system. Professional, efficient, and highly skilled--I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for the great work!

I needed a professional installation of a Starlink Mini at my home for emergency purposes. I…read morecontacted Ameritechs to discuss what I needed. I was happy to learn that they were very knowledgeable about Starlink and I decided to move forward with them. Edwin Sanchez installed my Starlink Mini. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to determine the best location on my roof to place the unit. All the wiring and cables were carefully placed and tacked down. Once the Mini was placed on my roof Edwin activated my system and then setup the additional external router that I purchased for my home. I was very pleased with the work Edwin did and highly recommend them!!

Before the work started, I discovered there was existing wiring in the house we could use. Hani was awesome and tracked down all of the existing wires in the house and re-used them before running any new drops. They also kept any damage to an absolute minimum, making sure they cleaned up after themselves and letting me know what patching and painting might be required before doing any damage. After everything was setup and turned on, we had a small issue I discovered on Friday evening. I reached out saying let's plan to fix it and Hani immediately replied that he would be out the next day (Saturday) to get it resolved! I really enjoy working with Hani as he's knowledgeable and still open to learning new things and ideas. I've recommended TechItUp! To a neighbor already, and will continue to recommend them!

One of a kind in San Diego, because I'm usually let down. I'm keeping these guys in my phone and I never do that. Thank you Tech it Up! -TJK
