The paperwork was pretty straight-forward and took very little time. The doctor who performed my examination was very nice and quick. I have pretty poor taste in fashion so the woman that was assisting me helped me find a pair that was within my budget and look good on me. She didn't try to upsell me on any extras for my lenses that didn't seem needed for the work I do like some other places I've been to. I will definitely be going back when I need another pair of glasses or contacts in the future.

I did arrive too early at 1:32 PM The front desk did recognized me and got the paperwork rolling and co-payment (you know that weren't going to forget that). LOL! My appointment time was 2:45 PM I was called at 2: 50 PM( not bad) and things move forward in timely manner from that point (I was pleased). The encounter I experienced in selecting, and purchasing my eye wear is excellent. PS. Future visit will determine the ultimate rating. Thank you, Bernard Barnes

The front desk lady at the time I made my appointment was so accommodating and called in reinforcements to make sure I got an appointment before I had to report back to work. Today the check in process was speedy. The doctor assistant was personal and professional. There were several test done on my eye to make sure that everything will be right and ready for my surgery. All my questions were answered and the cherry on top was... I was told by another assistant they recommended I got a lens not covered by my insurance. The doctor looked at my last test taken on my eye and said that it was not necessary to get. Not to come out of pocket when I could get the one covered by my insurance. That because of the condition of my eye, it would not be worth paying that money. Because of my experience so far, I feel confident in a successful surgical out.

My luck a month later the other eye had floaters so I immediately called, got in and found out the other eye had a retinal tear. He was very thorough in explaining options, as well as honest about what he could and could not do for other eye issues I had. Dr. Heffez referred me to another specialist for other issues who has proved to also be an excellent doctor. Referrals are important and I appreciated the quality recommendation.

He was very dismissive of my concerns as i had called prior when the prescription was flagged online (yes it was wrong). The receptionist stated it was correct but did not consult Dr. Snow. When i brought this up at my 3rd appointment he could have cared less. His staff is very rude and unfriendly. When I was in my 2nd appointment his assistant said she hurried up and entered the room to avoid getting yelled at. Clearly this office and Dr. Snow are a bit of a mess when it comes to human interaction. I just don't know how you could hire someone (assistant) so cold, rude, and lacking in personality as the assistant. Perhaps she should explore a career in accounting and not deal with humans. I was also told I had a balance when I went it for a past balance, however I never got an invoice or bill in the mail. I don't even know what I was charged for. I will not be returning.

This doctor does not care what his patients want. My wife had a procedure to remove skin from her eyelids. We were willing to pay but after the eye test were told insurance would cover it. This doctor said all the swelling was gone and he only removed what insurance would feel was necessary. WHAT??? That's not what was requested. It's the same procedure with a little more skin removed. What an idiot. Does she now have to get another procedure and pay out of pocket?
