She won't even apologize for the mistakes she made have made and or show some sort of empathy. She thinks it's ok just to have mental lapses..I usually have a greater respect and understanding for older people no matter what color. But when you feel like your above or better than, I will put you in place respectfully. In my opinion she needs either training and or possibly another assignment that keeps her from dealing with patients who legitimately need help.

The service was very slow and inefficient. My wife and I waited more than 4 hours to have a but on…read moremy arm looked at and get a tetanus shot. After the nurse took my vitals and examined my arm we were sent to the waiting room to wait 30 minutes more and never got the shot. After reminding the receptionist we were waiting we were seated in the examination room waiting for an additional 1 hour without being seen by a doctor. My wife asked a nurse about the doctor and slow service the nurse told her " if you don't like the service here you can leave " in an insulting manner . We left and got my tetanus shot at a grocery store pharmacy without having to wait. Other patients with young children with fevers , etc also spent a long time to be seen. I took my grandson for his well-baby check recently. We arrived 15 minutes prior to his…read moreappointment. First, we walk in and the waiting room was full to capacity - NOT A GOOD SIGN. The waiting room was dirty and the toys were dirty, old and faded! There weren't any educational toys to occupy the children while they wait nor on the television. We waited over 20 minutes to be checked in, then over 15 - 20 minutes after he was finally triaged and brought back into the room we were finally seen by the doctor. She literally did a quick once-over and was done. If I had not turned, I would not have seen the doctor leaving the room; which reminds me...... this doctor when I reached out to shake her hand and introduce myself "claimed" she had hand sanitizer on her hand and therefore she could not shake my hand. That was total BS since I didn't see any hand sanitizer machines anywhere in the office. Either way, that look out for me since I'm a self-professed germaphobe, who literally just finished washing my hands. I am concerned and pray that my grandson's find a different doctor ASAP!
