The waiting room was dirty and the toys were dirty, old and faded! There weren't any educational toys to occupy the children while they wait nor on the television. We waited over 20 minutes to be checked in, then over 15 - 20 minutes after he was finally triaged and brought back into the room we were finally seen by the doctor. She literally did a quick once-over and was done. If I had not turned, I would not have seen the doctor leaving the room; which reminds me...... this doctor when I reached out to shake her hand and introduce myself "claimed" she had hand sanitizer on her hand and therefore she could not shake my hand. That was total BS since I didn't see any hand sanitizer machines anywhere in the office. Either way, that look out for me since I'm a self-professed germaphobe, who literally just finished washing my hands. I am concerned and pray that my grandson's find a different doctor ASAP!

I called Woman to Woman just to find that they wouldn't be able to see me for another 3 weeks. I scheduled the appointment but I ended up going to an Urgent Care facility and a Planned Parenthood just so that I could be seen right away. Both experiences were very poor. So you can imagine my relief at meeting a very thorough and pleasant Dr. Toni Mason-Jones. The moment I stepped into Woman to Woman, the receptionist greeted me very pleasantly. It is a quaint little office in a large building full of other offices. It was difficult to find at first because there's nothing advertising that Women to Women is in that building. But it's in there. The office is quiet and clean. The service is speedy and attentive. And everyone I came in contact with, as the name suggests, is a woman! My bad experiences still in my head, I felt nervous. But Dr. Mason-Jones' spirit immediately calmed me. She asked me the typical, invasive questions but she did so in a way that I felt comfortable telling the truth. It felt like I was talking to a girlfriend who really cared. She was thorough but direct--careful not to waste my time or hers doing procedures that I'd already had done. I will be returning!

Phoned in a prescription 3 times, phoned again and left messages with the receptionist and the nurse...never received a call back and never got the refill called in. If it was a drug for a minor condition, it would have been ok. It wasn't. Truly loved seeing Dr. Toni Mason-Jones as she is a thorough, caring and compassionate doctor. In the 4 years I was going, new people coming and going, but having to phone over and over to get a refill was the final straw. Again, Dr. Jones is a fab OB/GYN, but there is no way refills should not be phoned in.

She has an excellent bedside manner, knows her patients/parents, and is always pleasant. Her staff is nice and attentive. We have never experienced any accounting or insurance errors. They do not over-book appointments; we have never waited more than 20 minutes, for our appointments. I hope she continues practice long enough for my youngest to age-out.

Yes, it does take some time to be seen, but I can get in here prior to even getting an appointment with my PC. I have never had an issue and I'll continue to utilize this location. Dr. Harris and I go way back to the early 90s! She came highly recommended, so I interviewed her,…read morewhile I was pregnant. She came to the hospital to do my son's pediatric assessment. She is knowledgeable, sweet as can be, loves children & an all-around great pediatrician. I have called her after hours (with no paperwork or folders to reference), and she knew right off who I was, my children & their issues! She's very proactive and wants you to have on-hand what you need to care for your child. That said I have to take off a star for punctuality; Dr. Harris will start her appointment book at 9:00 am, but she won't stroll through the door until 10:30! She also works EVERY sick child into her scheduled appointments. That means you will wait, on average 1.5-2 hours to get into the triage; you'll still wait another 30 minutes to get into an actual room and have your child seen! Yes, you read that right; you can wait up to 3 hours BEFORE YOUR CHILD IS ACTUALLY SEEN! I left her practice, for about 1.5 years, but went back when my youngest was born, as he had some issues, at birth and I truly do trust her (she's even looked at my throat/taken my temperature a time or two)! But after getting him on the right track, I had to leave the practice again. I just can't sit in a doctor office all day like that; it doesn't work for my family. She takes an infinite number of state-funded patients, so the office is always overcrowded, with loud and sometimes belligerent people. Her staff also leaves a lot to be desired, but what can you expect from those being paid very little and subjected to angry, questionable folks all day?
