This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. First off every time my insurance company showed up to perform another inspection after hurricane Beryl Adi and his team were here to help represent us and climb on the roof with the inspector. Adi and Marisa would go to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company was doing what was right and in our best interest. I got a very fair quote and great price from their company in the end despite all the extra hours they spent helping me deal with our insurance company. Adi was always just a text away when I had questions, and I would usually get an immediate response, I never even had to call the office. I let them know when I was ready to have the roof installed, Adi came by to show me samples and let me pick out the color that I wanted. It was installed two days after because they had to order the color, and someone took the last slot for the following day before I could sign my contact and pick out the color that I wanted, which was a dark black. Today they came out to install the new roof and it came out so nice! The workers hauled off all the trash and left us with a beautiful new roof. We were promised the company would return in a couple of days to complete the undone work and repair the unsightly damage and exposure they caused; but they never returned or responded to us. The damage Ochoa Roofing did here was an unexpected and very expensive headache to deal with. Then, now six months later, Ochoa Roofing has reached out for the remaining balance in full. Outrageous!! They have been unreasonable and difficult to deal with and offered me a very slight discount if I would not report this and warn other consumers. I was sadly mistaken in trusting that this company would take good care of our property, do good work and be reasonable to deal with. They did not take care of our property or repair the property damage they did here. It's now been two weeks, and I haven't received follow-up from anyone with Joe Ochoa Roofing. I chose not to reach out due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. If the job was considered too small, I would have appreciated the honesty rather than being ignored. Fortunately, I found a reputable company who correctly diagnosed the issue--not caulking, but a hole in the roof. They repaired the damage and replaced all affected insulation and sheetrock.
