He came to my location and got to work immediately on all the issues I had with Laptop and printer, installed anti virus program (no charge for it) removed every malware, tuned up computer, did it all in a fair amount of time (1 hour) he was extremely knowledgeable, he explained and showed me all the issues my laptop had. Something I must say is: he never tried to work slow and make time to get onto the second hour charge.
