I went to a social event there. They had offered a free brewery tour for the first few folks who attended. While I was offered a tour, I'm not into beer so didn't take one. Our gathering was on the third floor. The view of Downtown is spectacular. The live music was too loud so it was hard to have a conversation. You order at the bar but the food is brought to your table. I ordered a Caesar salad with no added protein. I found it pricey for the quantity served. It's $14. There's plenty of free parking and that's a plus.

I loved this brewery! The beer flight I got was really good and such a good deal, and a great way to try several beers. However, the fried mac and cheese elote balls I got had barely any elote in it (maybe one kernel of corn) which was a bit disappointing as that was the appeal to me. There is a huge parking lot which is a plus!

We had a great first visit to Tejas Brewery! Everything we tried was so tasty. I got a beer flight and honestly couldn't even pick a favorite--they were all that good. My boyfriend got the coffee porter and really loved it too. We also ordered the elote mac and cheese balls, and they were delicious (the marinara sauce they were served with was such a good touch). The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location is awesome with a nice view of downtown, and they had tons of specials going on. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

This is a great hang out spot or even a date night spot. The first floor has a bar and does tours. Second floor has a full sit down restaurant. Third floor is the roof top with a bar and amazing view. You can also get food on the third floor but have to order it at the bar. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and seemed happy to be there. The old fashion was really good and went down nice and smooth. The burger was perfect. Super juicy and had that homemade taste. The fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. No complaints at all. I will definitely be back soon.

Food: did not order food. Beers- Hefe was nice. Would prefer more citrus flavor My date's comments: Amber- smells malty but flavor does not match the nose. Festbier- "I don't remember" of purpose was to be festive was not memorable. Service: lovely! Attentive but not overbearing. Reminded us happy hour was ending soon so we could get in our orders. Ambience- bummer that 3rd floor patio was closed for private event :-( second floor patio- very loud w train, bit of exhaust at times. Be forewarned.

Tejas Brewery is truly a gem with a space that's absolutely breathtaking. The first floor is the brewery and a spacious outdoor that's perfect for your furry friends. The second floor features a full-service restaurant, and the third floor takes you up to the rooftop with one of the most stunning view of the Houston skyline. A perfect afternoon would be exploring the exhibits at Silver Street Studios located right next door, then heading to Tejas Brewery to watch the sunset with a refreshing beer in hand. I'm looking forward to return with my family and friends to catch their live music events and trying out their hot food items. My only critique was that the beer wasn't cold as I would liked, especially when you are craving a crisp and refreshing drink. That doesn't take away from the experience, I would recommend Tejas Brewery to anyone that's looking for great time.

Lively place for drinks & meals when the sun goes down! The second floor is the bar which faces the city! Plenty of patio tables, heating fans... it's an industrial deco! Too bad it's right at the railroad tracks. Definitely, a place to hang out!

Tejas at its best! Service and atmosphere: Awesome! both were great plus fantastic location overlooking beautiful Houston downtown. All staff members were friendly and super helpful not to mention level of attentiveness. Food and drinks: Again, very good in both areas. The drinks were outstanding. I really like that their support local business and serve bourbon from Houston distillery. Their beer reminds me of European pour. Very good! Food was tasty and you can choose from loaded nachos to salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, you name it! Pricing: $$ - super worth everything we ordered.

Five stars! I am very happy to see Tejas Brewing expand! So glad that this cool space that was Buffalo Brewing (great beers btw), become something fun, delish, with great brews & tasty cocktails! It is right by Sawyer Yards with their cool art spaces and apartment living. They have lots of different sports on their many TVs, including the sports my significant other wanted to watch that day. Great place! Family fun, friendly fun, professional, artsy, sportsy, groups, singles, whatever fun!

My second visit and it was just as amazing as the first. Parking is a breeze (today we actually parked at the Silos and walked since we planned to visit the art studios after brunch). Saturday at 12:30 there were plenty of available tables. Our waitress was super sweet and perfectly attentive. We spilt the birria tacos, chilaquiles, and hash browns. It was all freaking amazing and steaming hot. Plus, reasonably priced. The tacos were a bit greasy, but I decided I didn't care because I'd already blown my diet. The bloody Mary's are also really good especially for HH eight bucks. I also like that there are three different levels because I tend to like to change my views. We ate at the restaurant and came up to the top for a beer where service was just as friendly. I really love this place.

Tejas Hazy IPA and an amazing view!

By far our favorite brewery in Houston. The whole experience was great from start to finish. My husband and I arrived by Uber and were immediately greeted by the downstairs bartender. When she heard it was our first time there, she gave us an explanation of each floor and recommended we check out the top floor due to the view. You are not going to get a better view than that! No other brewery that I have been to has a view like that and I have been to quite a few in just about every state. My husband started with a margarita, and then had another cocktail before topping it all off with a beer. We shared fried pickles and a chicken sandwich with fries. The food was great and came out quickly. All of the staff was great, especially the two guys that were working the top bar. I highly recommend and would definitely visit again if ever in Houston.

There's artwork to purchase on the walls, more tvs, additional cans of seltzer or thc drinks if that's more of your style. I love how it's locally owned and brewed. They were having smoked wings. 6 for $10 or 10 for $15. Comes with chips, carrots/celery and ranch. They were quite smokey, a lil salty but still delicious. The vibes are chill and they had football on. All and all a great place to stop by for a beer.

We ended up being mostly the only ones in the brew house for most of the evening which was a surprise, we enjoyed the beers and the service. There is a local brewery that is inside the brew house, Turkey Forrest Brewing. We enjoyed the hazy IPA, cream ale, and a watermelon tajin ale they had on tap. They also have beers and canned beverages from a variety of other places and popular canned drinks too, to suit any preference. My boyfriend and I had a really fun time playing board games they had available and chilling out. There were also Halloween movies and a playlist playing. Seems like we were there on a slow night, they appear to have events throughout the week such as a run club and bingo nights. Definitely a fun, chill option in the area!

The ambiance was great for the holiday they had themed drinks and specials going on, which added a fun touch and made it feel festive without being chaotic. Definitely a solid spot if you're looking for somewhere social but still comfortable. The drinks were good, and overall the vibe was on point. It felt like a place you could hang out for a while, whether you're there to celebrate something or just have a few drinks with friends. One thing to note is they don't serve food, I did hear they rotate food trucks at times, but none were there when we went which was a bit of a downside, but they did allow us to bring in outside food, which honestly made up for it and gave us more options. Parking wasn't too bad when we went, and since it wasn't super packed, everything felt smooth and easy. Overall, great vibes, good drinks, and a fun place. Definitely a spot I'd come back to for a casual hangout or social night out.

The food didn't take long to come out and was so darn good. It was probably one of the best steak nights I've had in a while. We had the ribeyes, mash potato, mac and cheese, green beans, and French fries. The steak was seasoned perfectly and grilled to the perfect temperature to my liking. We are still talking about it, I can't wait to come back and try their chimichurri sauce. We ended with the strawberry and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheese cake. They weren't too sweet and just the right amount of richness. If they aren't on your list for steak night I definitely recommend!
