So a different guy made new keys. Took them home. They don't work either. That was a couple months ago (I've been away). Today I brought them back, along with two different keys for the same lock, and asked if they could just check them against them in the machine, try cleaning them up. Not new keys, just try cleaning up the ones they already made. Lots more attitude, not to mention misinformation. I walked a few blocks up to Mega, got keys cut that work with no attitude (well, a friendly one.) Good thing I spent the $90 for other stuff I needed there. Screw Basics Plus.
