During the ride I learned a significant amount about the landscape of the surrounding desert and mountain areas as well as the history. I got to chase an eagle around and use cool physics to gain a higher altitude. I even learned a little about the glider controls and reading the meters for elevation, direction, and whether the glider is ascending or descending. The getting to LAX was fine and when she dropped me off, I said, "see you on Thursday at 11". Margo Stanley, the owner, said it was supposed to be 8. I didn't think too much about it until t was the day before my return. I texted and gave my flight information about my flight and my arrival was 11:30 am. She didn't respond that until 3:47 am which I wouldn't receive until I awoke. So I read the message stating that I had said 8:51 AM when I confirmed, which is true. Ms. Stanley simply stated that she had other appointments scheduled around my original pick up time and she couldn't wait two and half hours for me. No let me ask my other pick up if they want to go eat so we can kill some time. I would've even paid for it. Or even worse, it was a drop off and Ms. Stanley alone wouldn't wait. Overall, just not a person that should be in customer service. She didn't care one iota that I would be stuck there. Ultimately, this means if your plane is delayed for any reason, Margo Stanley, will not be inconvenienced to wait for you. If you want to put that much faith not only in the airline to get you there in time you must pray that Ms. Stanleys other schedules remain intact.Here are the texts which is where our state of humanity is.
