He was extremely accommodating to our unique situation (transporting both pets and disabled family members). My dad had made arrangements about a month in advance (with a different limo service) to surprise my mom with a limo ride as part of a surprise birthday celebration to one of her favorite places with a few friends. That service decided to call the NIGHT before they were supposed to be there in morning to pick them up wanting to charge him double the amount that was originally agreed to AND change the car on him. While the other company was basically refusing to do anything other than say "Give us more money and we're also not going to give you the car you originally wanted." We hired this services for a Mothers Day Spa getaway to Glenn Ivy Hot Springs in Corona. This is actually our third year doing it and we keep growing. We had a total of 14 women and two limos. Our limo had two pick-ups and the driver was very prompt and professional. We received the red carpet treatment, (really he pulled out the red carpet for us to walk on). This was a great effect. We started from Palmdale and timing was excellent, but that wouldn't have mattered because the limo was stocked with water, treats champagne, apple cider. He played music on the way down and left us to party but when we needed him he responded to the call button quickly we all felt like queens for the day :). After the day at the spa the return pickup was prompt and the drive home was smooth. We have used several limo services before but this one by far was the best....fabulous.....gone with the WIND fabulous! Richard came to my house to pick me and a few friends up for my 21st birthday. He was very professional and very friendly. He arrived on time and performed flawlessly the entire night and made us all feel in good hands. I've had the extraordinary pleasure of getting to know Richard and I've enjoyed the comfort and luxury of rideing in style and being chauffeured by Richard himself. I just returned from a cruise where Richard both took me to LAX at the beginning and picked me up again at LAX at the end of the cruise. I recently spent the weekend in Hollywood for a friend's bachelorette party. The decision to rent a limo was last minute, and RC's Affordable Limousines was overly accommodating. I don't even know where to start! Our Chauffeur Anthony was awesome. He came all the way to the middle of nowhere to pick us up for a cosmic bowling party and he was the absolute best! It was most of our groups first time in a limousine and he took pictures with all of our girls, made sure that all of them had something special as we requested.
