We booked one of the larger 30-Person party buses for a birthday party. The Good: Driver was on time, and bus was very clean. The Bad: We paid an additional $225.00 for a karaoke machine that literally didn't work properly the whole time...it required a WiFi connection to load any songs but they did not have WiFi on the bus, effectively making it useless. Additionally, the sound system would cut out and come back on at the lowest possible volume any time we tried to turn it louder. I was told with an extra payment per person, we would receive a much larger bus that fits up to 75 passengers. I was then sent pictures of a semi truck, and reviewed the pictures on your website. So, we proceeded to book this bus. We were only shown pictures of the semi truck and were confirmed that bus. We collected $55 a person for the semi truck bus and continued forward with the process. With the arrival of the bus, we were all disappointed because this was not the bus we were shown pictures of. I spoke to the bus driver who had no idea what bus we were promised. We had no other choice then to get on the bus. Additionally to these problems, we had to wait around half an hour to forty five minutes for a credit card to be approved which should have been done previously. The bus driver was unaware of our preset destinations and was verbally abusing us because he was unaware of the agreement where tip was included. We were also dropped off over two hours early. We also attempted to get refund because Nancy knew we had received the wrong bus. However, Nancy stopped responding and was extremely unprofessional and had zero sympathy for the situation. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. The party bus broke down 15 minutes into our daughter's birthday party. The driver tried reaching the company to speak to someone about getting AAA to come jump the bus, and no one answered. An hour later, AAA comes and can't start the bus. We tried speaking with the owner and management several times and he continued to ignore all of our calls. He finally calls the driver and refuses to speak with us. Turns out they sent their poor driver out with old, corroded batteries that couldn't even take a jump start. No concern for our daughter's party and no concern for their driver. Avoid this company at ALL costs. One star does not even begin to describe how horrible my experience was with this company. I received a quote for a bachelorette party bus on 7/16 and held off on booking until I could get the times and addresses nailed down. I was originally quoted 8 dollars per hour per person (11 girls) for five hours. (440 dollars). On 7/20 I received a text asking why I had not yet booked and offering to lower the rate to 6 dollars per hour per person per hour (330 dollars). I agreed to this price and was directed to go to their website and book the 'zero dollar' party bus option so that the employee could go in and retroactively plug in the price agreed upon. On 7/22 I got an email confirming booking at a price of $637.20 (nearly double what was agreed upon). I called and spoke with Nancy who said she'd handle it. I then received an email that said they couldn't honor the price they quoted. I emailed to cancel multiple times and got no response. I called and left multiple voicemails to cancel and got no response. Eventually I got an email that the reservation was canceled. However....on 7/24 I noticed that I had a charge for $150 on my credit card from the limo bus company. I called to clarify and was laughed at and told I was lying and that there was no charge on my account (I sent them a screen shot and received no response). The man I spoke to laughed and said 'no there's no charge. We don't do that. Youre making that up'. I have NEVER written a yelp review before...but this is a level of service that is so unacceptable. This company's customer service is AWFUL!!! I now realize this is likely a BROKER. I needed a bus for my child's PROM. I put down a $500 deposit as requested. After I ordered the party bus, I received a text from Nancy Bus Co. That is when I realized this company is a broker. Andy and Wendy primarily answer the phones, when they answer. Nancy is equally as awful as Andy and Wendy at returning calls and her voice mail is full, so you can't even leave a message. Nancy emailed me an invoice higher than what I was quoted by Andy. I had to spend way too much time trying to get Nancy to send me a corrected invoice, which was not adjusted for a smaller vehicle even though I told them we needed a smaller vehicle since a few of the people broke off from the group. Also, this company takes the $500 credit card deposit. But, I was told after I made the deposit, that I had to bring the rest in cash. Wendy refused to provide the insurance certificate to a parent that called the Limo Bus Company. Wendy told her I had to call. When I called, Wendy said she would email it over. After nearly three days, including the day of the prom, she never did. I spent a great deal of time leaving messages trying to get Wendy to send it to me, but she never did. Ignacio was the driver, and he was actually a good guy. Ignacio provided the parent with evidence of insurance. Until Ignacio showed up, I really did not think the 44 kids in my child's group were going to have a party bus that evening. I even called my credit card company to block any future charges because I thought this was a scam since the customer service was so bad. This was an extremely STRESSFUL experience that did not need to be stressful. When I was stressed, I called other companies. The night before, she got a call asking about switching to 1 bus that would fit 60 people. Mind you- every girl had luggage and this was STRESSED upon booking. The day of, the 1 bus showed up with a driver that stated that it was only a 50-person bus. To make it even worse, the luggage compartments had oil and grease all along the bottom where the cheerleaders were to put their brand new, custom luggages. AMAZING experience! The evening started with a bit of a hiccup when the driver (Jose) informed me he was bringing a party bus I didn't contract for. I wasn't too happy to say the least! I called the gentleman I originally booked with and expressed my disappointment. He said dispatch would be calling me soon. And they did! Nancy called me right away and rectified the party bus situation, Jose also called to confirm that changes were being made immediately. The correct party bus and new driver Alex arrived.... he was amazing! We rented a party bus for 70 kids for homecoming. They had a great time and said Alex was great! If it was possible to rate this company zero stars I would; the bus was not the right one we ordered therefore the bus was way too crowded for the amount of people we had. After writing for a quote, I got an email and a text message letting me know that I can book my bus, but I couldn't find a cost. I decided to call the company. One of the workers picked up the phone. I called to get some pricing to reserve a party bus for my younger brothers prom coming up in April.
