Lawn Solutions has been the most thorough lawn service I've hired since moving into my home in…read more2016, and I mean that in all senses. It starts with Alex's level of professionalism. He cares about making sure that his clients are happy and that the expectations are set properly from the start. He's an A+ communicator who makes sure that you are informed every step of the way, and when changes arise, he's right there to fill you in too. On top of that, he keeps his word. He shows up when he says he'll be there, he does the job he said he would and he has high standards for his work, and he genuinely shows care and regard for you as the client, your time and your property. Alex just completed a cleanup for me and I can truly say he covered every inch of the property with a fine-tooth comb and left it looking exceptional. Midway through, he transparently shared that he had underestimated the job, but remained committed to completing it and completing it to his exacting standard, which I sincerely appreciated. Beyond that, what I appreciated most was that he asked me to look over the work once he was done to be sure it was done as we'd agreed. That's how you earn business and referrals. I'm looking forward to having them back in the spring to get things going and help maintain the yard through the season. I have no doubt that will be an incredible service experience too.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience…read more I scheduled a lawn care service earlier this month to handle yard cleanup for my mom's home. My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend confirming everything multiple times or looking elsewhere.

A Backyard Transformation by Rock Solid Landscape…read more From our very first conversations, Jeff approached the project with a rare combination of vision, creativity, and care. He took the time to truly understand what we were trying to create and made it even better. With the help of his designer, he provided a detailed visual rendering that allowed us to see what was possible before construction even began. Beyond the aesthetic transformation, Rock Solid Landscaping brought expertise that solved real, long-standing challenges. They completely addressed our severe drainage issues in both the front and back yards, protecting our home and creating peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism was unwavering. The team showed up every day on time with consistency, discipline, and respect for our space, always leaving things clean and organized at the end of each day. But what truly stood out was their spirit. They were positive, kind, and cheerful in their work, and they worked very hard. Even during adjustments or changes, we were met with patience and openness. It never felt stressful; it felt like we were supported every step of the way. Jeff remained closely involved throughout the entire project, maintaining constant communication and showing up regularly, often multiple times a week to ensure everything was progressing as planned, to address questions and make sure we were happy with the progress. Jeff is not just an exceptional professional, he is an exceptional human being. He leads with integrity, kindness, and heart. He understands that what he builds isn't just landscape, it's part of people's lives, their memories, their joy. We are beyond grateful to Jeff and the entire Rock Solid Landscaping team for creating something so special. If you are looking for a company that excels in custom landscaping, outdoor living design, water features, patios, drainage solutions, and complete yard transformations, this is the team you want. They didn't just exceed our expectations, they created something magical. THANK YOU Jeff!!!

Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked for a few Day Lillie's be transplanted back into the area. They installed a new drip system with an extension for me to plant my small veggie garden. We are very pleased with the entire process, price and worked they did. We highly recommend Rock Solid Landscaping.
