He called around and found the items thru his suppliers that could ship it in time and set the whole delivery up and got me the items within a day. My daughter and her friends were totally surprised and excited . Each of them got a small Flag as the large one still flies from our pole. These kids get ridiculed and messed with quite a bit and band together for each other for this reason. The message I wanted to send was love and acceptance to these kids. I wanted them to feel comfortable and safe , ridicule free so they could just be them and eat drink and hang out. They played bags, danced , listened to music and had a great time. Some of the parents unfortunately are not so accepting and one girl actually had to ask to be dropped off down street so mom wouldnt see the rainbow flag. She apparently would not have let her stay. I found that sad, but it is a perfect example why this day was so important and these items and their message needed to be sent. Kids beed love and acceptance to succeed not judgement and control and ridicule. Billy helped make that happen. I will highly recommend these guys a d order from them in the future. Thank you Billy. I design a lot of t-shirts, just did one for a fundraiser next week, WCS will be doing the run; Every printer is a little different with how they want the artwork, what format, etc. In other words, it's never the same with any printer, and it's always time spent via emails & phone per project. And so... Judy was great, no messing around, turns out my file needed some fast tweaks with outlining fonts & embedded images - she got me through it fast & smooth. SO THUMBS UP JUDY! My experience with the owner, Carmen Baldo, was marked by poor communication, repeated missed…read moredeadlines, and a refusal to resolve legitimate concerns with my order. While I did make a few design changes that understandably extended the timeline, the project began in February 2026, and as of July 9, 2026, my company hat and T-shirt order still had not been completed. I remained patient throughout the process and allowed additional time due to the design changes. However, when I asked for updates or questioned the ongoing delays, I felt my concerns were not handled in a respectful manner. What should have been a straightforward order turned into months of frustration. When the shirts finally arrived, the logos were crooked and off-center. After I brought the issue to Carmen's attention and explained that I was unhappy with both the quality of the shirts and how the order had been handled, he refused to correct the problem. Instead of remaking and replacing the defective shirts, Carmen became combative in his communication with me and canceled the remainder of my order, stating that he was concerned I might again claim the workmanship was not done correctly if he proceeded with a replacement order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Specialty T Limited.
