Mastertech charged the same to provide parts and do the whole job as it would have cost me to purchase and install them myself and have it aligned. Since then I have been back to them for tires, other suspension work, and a timing belt I lacked the time to tackle myself. I used to call around to compare pricing, but as they came in significantly less expensive than their competitors every time, I no longer bother. They're also very good about informimg you of any other issues to keep an eye on - not to upsell you or try to convince you to have unnecessary work done, but to be aware of any forseeable future issues. First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process. The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer.
