This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the beginning he had a bad attitude, he was saying things like this isn't worth my time and talking about other appointments, i said if he had other appointments he could go and come back and work on mine but he just complained the whole time and ended up taking my watch with him. I gave him a watch that was working, the screen was the only thing cracked. I don't know what he did but he had to take the watch with him to "fix what was wrong with it". He said he would return the next day, when the next day came he didn't show up and he didn't answer my texts. I finally called him and he said he would have it the next day at 9am , next day at 9am he wasn't here. When we spoke on the phone he wouldn't let me speak and kept talking over me. Once he arrived he handed me a broken watch with the broken screen on and the touch screen wasn't working(it was working when I gave him the watch) and he still wouldn't let me speak. He ended up leaving yelling at me to take him to court. I would never recommend him to anyone!! I would love to upload the video but Yelp only allows photos. read more

Used them to replace an OLED screen on my iPhone 11. They didn't mention that the part they use is not an apple product and shows up as such in your settings. They probably don't use an official apple screen because it's more expensive, so fair enough. Just seems like something they should tell you before they do the work. Bigger issue is the new screen stopped working after less than two weeks. They opened it up and apparently it cracked and leaked liquid into my phone. I didn't drop the phone or otherwise damage it, but they refused to take my word for it. Product failed in less than 14 days, so seems far more likely that it was defective or wasn't installed properly. Either way, I'm out 120 bucks. read more

Unfortunately I had another repair for an iPad this time around and I wanna say I was greatly disappointed w the service. My screen was cracked and I so I thought I needed that replaced. Well at the end of the service. He handed the iPad saying it must be dead because it showing the batter symbol on the screen. Which it was weird he said that when he usually charges the device to be able to make sure the glass/screen he replaced it's functional. When I finally got the iPad to turn on, I saw that all that was showing on the screen were lines and it looked like it was broken internally. I'm not sure but I believe he definitely saw the issue and still went ahead and changed the broken screen. Which was a bit unprofessional because if I knew the iPad needed further repairs beside the broken screen. I would have denied services. So there's goes $200 down the drain. read more

TECISH is a lifesaver fr fr! I can't run my business without my phone and I had an accident this morning that left me phoneless. Luckily, I found TECISH through a google search and saw that he drove out to you and the rate to get the phone fixed was really affordable. The screen Tecish installed isn't truly compatible with my IPhone 12. The screen drains the battery at an incredibly quick rate. My phone now can only be used for a few hours before it needs to be charged. I exchanged messages with Tecish about the problem. He offerred no solution to the problem caused by his screen. I'll now have to go to Apple and get the screen replaced. Save yourself the time and money and go to Apple if you need a screen. read more

My aftermarket screen had stopped working permanently, though it had never worked properly, to be honest. I messaged Shawn, asking for a price and appointment, and he responded promptly.
