My boss needed a phone screen repaired because his carrier would not accept a trade in with a cracked screen. Since the phone was going to be traded, he was looking for the cheapest price for repair. I called around a bunch of locations nearby our office in Koreatown and was quoted anywhere from $195-$280 for the repair of a Samsung Note 10. I sent out a quote request and Shawn responded for a much lower price than our other quotes and he said he could come to do the repair the following day (so he could get the part). Shawn arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment and fixed the phone screen in about half an hour. He was communicative, friendly, and did a great job on the phone repair. I would definitely recommend Tecish to anyone looking for a phone repair and will bookmark the page if we need any repairs in the future.

The photos attached is what my phone was before TECISH conveniently came to my place of business to take care of my phone. Luckily I had a work phone I was able to communicate if needed. Please note for anyone that cracked their phone as bad as mine, it does take a while for the process to be done so please be patient! I usually never drop my phone but this time just happened over a weekend with small pockets (ladies you know what I'm talking about). Definitely recommended especially for the convenience. I also like to add that the price is VERY reasonable compared to what I've called and come across Very professional, communicative and will contact and refer again for any further service Note: phone pictured is an iPhone 12 Pro Max (BEFORE REPAIRS) Updated review after coming home. I was told to test everything when given the phone back like cameras etc and seemed fine but I should have tested it on a white paper. See video attached, I don't mind it too much but just for others to do extra testing. You'll see a black smudge like on the video. I've cleaned it fully etc already to rectify the issue

UPDATE: I filed a police and FTC investigation on this company for doing business with a revoked license since 2015. Luckily, I took a picture of his license plate number and face on camera for stealing over $200 from my toddler's mouth & doing illegal action. DO NOT COME TO HIM. Shawn is not his real name. He's doing illegal business. File an FTC on this man. He revoked my "pretend" warranty for breaking my phone and not fixing it. Found them on yelp after amazing reviews. They originally told me flat rate $69 but I asked several times the full amount to have money ready. They then told me it was $179. Once they had my phone they made "more fixes" and added it to $230 until I said it was excessive. They then mentioned they can only do cash even though the page says they accept credit cards. I zelled additional $20 per their request. However, my phone was not fixed it gave more issues and began glitching. They promise to show up at 10am the next day to fix their mistake but never did only to say "I never told you that." They told me to drive to them but my phone doesn't even work and their a mobile repair?!? I feel I got ripped off. I am highly disappointed because I could've just drove to a store/Apple Store. Their company is false advertising as he did not allow me to use my credit card only cash. He ran with my money and making me wait 4 days to fix their error . This company is a rip off and scams people.

Shawn was so great! Had service done to my fiancé's Samsung due to his terrible cracked screen. It was so bad to the point where I'd worry that he'd might cut his fingers or scratch his face accidentally while using it. My fiancé had an older & specific model, I was a little bit worried that Shawn would have to order parts, causing a delay & whatnot, but luckily he had them! He arrived after I got off from work (which I really love how he's mobile & can meet you anywhere!), took a look at what he's working with & gave us an estimated time of 25min or so. Which we had no problem in waiting, we literally went back inside our house while he does his thing. Probably about 40min or so later, he called me to let us know the phone's ready. The screen was brand spanking new & we were just in awe! We really appreciated too of how he explained that sometimes the screen can raise up but he worked his magic in preventing that from happening. We enjoyed & appreciate his service, Shawn's awesome & would highly recommend!

Other quotes I received for screen replacement: $70, $89. Not only does this man fix screen for $59, he drives to your location. Quick and timely response and he came through on the quickness. Shawn replaced my Iphone 13 Pro Max screen, not even two months, the screen failed. My phone was immediately incased in an Otterbox case after his replacement. The phone was never dropped (screen not cracked) or wet. "Scheduled" an appointment with him on 9/13/2024 for 9/17 Tuesday at 1 pm, he did not show up because he was "busy." Reached out and tried to reschedule, he said he'll be on vacation, so his next available would be Monday 9/23 at 4:30 pm. Being sympathetic, I said ok. He never responded back or showed up. I've been without a working phone for more than a week. With my experience, his replacement parts do not last, his communication is beyond non-existent and he does not honor any warranties regarding his work or replacement parts. Not worth the hassle. You're better off paying slightly more and going to a more reputable place. read more

All I can say is WOW! From start to finish.. Shawn from Tecish was very professional and I can't recommend him enough! Back story.... I had a "brick" IPad for about a month since my charging port gave me so much headache because it only charged at a certain angle. If I let it die completely, it would be so difficult to find that perfect sweet spot because my iPad wouldn't display the empty battery symbol that it's properly charging until it had enough juice to reveal that. I would fight not to let it get past 1% due to this issue but sometimes, it's out of your control. Fast forward to today.... I found Shawn through Yelp and asked for a quote based on seeing his great track record. I was happy with the price as Apple tried to charge me double!! He was very detailed about his work and went above and beyond for my device. Same day service and quick and painless transaction. It feels like a brand new IPad now, and charges perfectly fine! *****BEWARE OF FRAUD****** DO NOT REPAIR WITH THIS FRAUDULENT CHILD!!! He was supposed to replace my Apple Watch screen and battery. When I met up with him he mentioned that the battery isn't swollen enough to have to replace it but he recommended I do so anyway. I paid extra for this service. After having my watch back for a week now I noticed my battery is draining just as quick as before. When I went to check my Apple Watch battery health I realized it's at 83%! Exactly the same as when I gave it to him to "replace" I tried texting and calling him and he immediately blocked my number knowing he got caught! I then messaged him on Yelp saying that he can refund the cost for the battery replacement and it'll let it slide. This is how he responded to me (check photos attatched) This person is a fraud!! He will tell you he is repairing and will do something else because he knows you won't open up your phone to check if he did change it. If your ready to get scammed like I did proceed at your own risk!! I told him I will be taking this to the attorneys and this was his response. Scam artist at its finest. I will make sure this person pays for stealing so many peoples money. Excellent experience. Same-day mobile service. Shawn came to my residence and replaced the screen in about 10 minutes. Replacement screen appears to be very good quality. Colors are bright, accurate and sharp. Based on my experience, I'd have to say Techish is the fastest, easiest and least expensive (other than DIY) way to get your screen replaced. I'm a former computer tech, with all the tools and knowledge needed to repair my own electronics. But Shawn made the process so convenient and painless I'm glad I didn't attempt it! Also want to point out that part of the delay was b/c they had to order the drive, but then they just installed a drive that's been laying around for at least 6 months? These guys are great if you need to do a battery swap. But PC repair? Stay away. Also make sure that any price quotes they give you are in writing, b/c it's funny that 2 different people quoted the same price but then it magically changed after they installed a drive.

He had availability the next day and came down to check out the problem. We tested the speed throughout the house (3floors) and while the speeds were decent we were not getting the 1gig internet we are paying for. He suggested we try his mesh system router and bam that was the issue. With the router we tested we got the full speeds. He suggested we move to a mesh system over a conventional router and that is what we will do. He didnt try to upsell his systems he instead gave great advice on which ones to purchase. He was here for an hour, tested and figured out the issue while giving us advice on how to configure our new systems and what new system to buy. I would recommend him for any wifi and computer related issues.

I had asked for quotes from multiple companies for changing out a Samsung Galaxy S8 LED screen and Tecish was the first to reply and to also have the part in stock. The quote came out to ($207.08 with tax), which is fair since the part retails for about $140 for one piece, so labor comes out to be about $67. In terms of timeliness, most places estimated that it'd take 2-3 hours to fix, but Shawn from Tecish was able to fix it in 1.5 hours (would have been 30 minutes without technical difficulties, but even with set backs was able to fix it faster than other places). read more

I was really down that I cracked my iPhone 8 Plus and needed a quick fix at an affordable price. After searching and searching I came across Tecish. I immediately messaged him and got a quick response and even set an appointment for the next day. I was blown away with the price he was charging me and was even more shocked that he would come to me at no extra cost. So this is the second time I broke my phone. Thank God I have Shawn to help me. I contacted him this morning, he replied right away and 1hr later he was at my work place. It looks like brand new again. And he only took 15 minutes, WHAT?. This is unbelievable, if I took it to Apple store I would be without my IPhone for over a week and it would cost 3 times more. So great--instant service--responded immediately and was at my door an hour later. Very professional service and very good price--the best I found (and was literally almost half the price of the others. I had a pretty badly shattered glass on my iphone 10 and it now looks brand new. He also cleaned the dust from my speaker for no charge and now the audio is back to when I first bought the phone. I needed to get my Iphone xs max screen replaced. got a quote within 10 minutes, repair guy came right to my door the same afternoon, took him 20 minutes to repair my phone all while having a chill conversation on the side. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend to a friend. don't bother GOING to other tech stores and paying upwards of $140-$300 to get your screen repaired, tecish literally came TO MY DOOR and did it for $79. read more

My home button stopped working from the fall because the TouchID cable inside the phone was broken. Even though he didn't have the home button on hand, he stopped by later that night to drop it off. Shawn replaces my screen but it lasted only 2 weeks and it shows that it cracked. I know I didn't drop it but the cheap material that was provide cracked.
