I can't say enough good about these folks…read more I rely so much on my tech - in my life and in my biz - it is so important to me to have the perception of expertise in folks fixing my stuff ... and the perception that they Care about me, my tech, my biz... this icing on the cake - kind of mind-blowing. I find myself so grateful. I appreciated my interactions with and service from each of the two owners so much - in different visits - I brought them gifts - which is not normal for me - I just had to GIVE Back. Meanwhile, I need great value - I don't want to, and I don't have a budget to Pay for high-end service. Somehow I am getting high-end service at low-end price. This is an excellent quadrant. Are they perfect? no. Are they still learning this or that? yes - who isn't - the realm they operate-in is wide and ever-shifting. And, the communication about what they know and don't , what they know and what they will try to figure out is... beautiful. I went there originally for an issue that was illusive - was it a battery or screen issue with my iPhone? I was SURE it was on Deaths door. It is now working beautifully! Then I came back with my Mac (which is behaving SO much better now) and my partners cell phone (which they said it was a better investment to replace than to fix - thank you!), my partner is going in with his Mac soon. I am really grateful to have these guys on my side. Much valued into today's crazy tech world. Oh, and everything was done within a DAY - a DAY. Have you noticed the waits for Apple repairs? Hope you enjoy as much as I have!

Left my device in the store with the repair guy for a screen fix and while I was shopping I…read morereceived a notification that someone was trying to access my email and they were trying to access it from that location. I went back and retrieved my device and confronted the gentleman about the attempt to access my email which he thoroughly denied. However, there was no work involved the address location, was clearly given. So I don't trust them at all.

I regret being referred to Cellular Plus on Parklane Road and will not return. I brought in my…read moredaughter's Apple Watch for a cracked back, charging issues, and an upside-down screen orientation. I was told it would be repaired for $100 and ready Monday. Instead, I received no updates and had to return multiple times over approximately three weeks. Each time, I was told it needed more time and would be ready "tomorrow." When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.

Shawn took care of it. Once we described the symptoms he had us leave it with him and about an hour latter he called my phone and told us we had two options. We could have him wipe the phone, which would lose all her information and photos or he could uninstall suspect apps that had been installed by the grandkids. We chose the second option. Charged us $51 I believe, and had it running like it was new in about 2 hours. Highly recommend.
