Pricing was exactly as shown on the web-site. Scheduling was very simple using Calendly. On the day of installation, prior to our appointment, Darius texted me to ensure I was still available. I then received another 'location' text when he was on his way. Darius walked through the house and we discussed where I wanted each drop - for example, in the bedroom I wanted the drop to be just above my drawers, so that I could mount a TV there and easily plug in to CAT-6 rather than going over WiFi. Darius is very detail oriented and even went to the trouble of (measuring) to mount my AP to line up with the 2 lights that are in my hallway and entryway! After the walk-through, he marked each of the drops with painter's tape, then once again confirmed with me the locations. Darius vacumed/cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a very professional job - leaving the house in the same state as when he arrived, willing to explain anything he was doing. On completion, I tested the drops/AP - everything was good and we settled up! I'm very pleased with the work Darius did; as well as being very Professional, he is also a very personable chap who really knows his stuff. (to put in context, I'm an IT Infrastructure/Software Project Manager). In summary, I would definitely recommend Darius to anyone that needs either AP's to be hung or Network Drops!

I told him my expectations were to receive at least the channels I had before using a rooftop antenna another company had installed for 260.00 in 2012. All four rooms in my home had 22 channels. He said if I purchased a better antenna that was 250.00 not counting labor, I might receive a lot more channels. When he was done, my downstairs tv picks up 32 channels most of the time but two of my upstairs tvs only pick up about 24 consistently. One of my upstairs tvs will pick up 0 to 3 channels. I informed him of this the day he completed installation and he acted like it was something in the line. Well, I paid you to fix four tvs to pick up ota tv? I paid him in excess of 400.00. I had to call and text him multiple times just to get this done. He agreed to remove ugly cable wires hanging from my home that can get me fined by my HOA and he didn't. I spoke with him about a week after it was all over and told him I was really unhappy that he failed to stay and make all the tvs work and to cut the wires and he said he would come out next week as a courtesy to cut the wires but if he was going to do anymore work he would need more money. What? I paid for four working tvs and I never got that. I have spent cou bless hours out in the box on the side of the house trying to fix what he left incomplete and I am severely disabled. I am most likely going to be out more money hiring someone else to do the job I paid Tim to do in the first place. If you value your time and money, hire someone else.
