Awesome. They totally amazed and surprised me…read more I was working hard and fast on my computer late one night when I got up to get me something to eat and I tripped on my laptop cord. Thought everything was ok until I went to plug the cord back into the computer and there was nothing there to plug into to. Had talked to someone from my home area, oh yes I am not from that area at all, and they told me I would probably need a new motherboard. I got on google and did a search for computer repair in Charlotte NC and found these guys. No sure what I would be getting myself into not knowing the area or anything. Leroy called me in the morning early and reassured me that it may not be as serious as a motherboard and if so may not be that costly. Then he mentioned they had free pickup and delivery. I about fell out of my chair and said even in a hotel. Yes. And to top it off they also have free diagnostics so I could find out exactly what was wrong with it before they even started working on it. Demond Raybon came to the hotel hobby and looked at my computer and said it would need to be taken to the shop. A little scared I let it go. Leroy called me the next day and told me what they found and it was repairable and he would deliver it to a different hotel where I was for a company conference. Leroy came and plugged the computer on to show me that it worked and explained exactly what I did to it and I also had share with him about another problem I had with it and he also explained to me how to handle that. He told me I had a great computer and not to even think about getting rid of it. They were top notch people and their service is great and beings I was from out of town the did their best to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I was impressed to say the least and it only cost me $40 less than if I would have been home because I would have had to drive 25 miles to take it in and 25 miles to go get it when it was done and at least $50 for the repair. He promised to return it many times and since then it's just been excuses and now no response at all. When he started, the laptop was worth at least $1,000. Now, who knows.

I was doing a phone trade in, hoping to get credit from my old iPhone 11 Pro in order to buy the iPhone 13. Because of one very minor scuff on the bottom right of my screen, it plummeted the value, which is ridiculous because they use these phones for PARTS, not resell the entire phone. Overall, the workers were nice and helpful, very informative! It's roomy in there and I had somewhere to go and wait while my phone transferred the data.

Though I thought it might be time to buy a new computer altogether, decided to put it off for another year or so (since Apple store hours and services were limited at this time). Instead, I just bought a new compatible battery (thru Amazon) that could be replaced by Apple, or an Apple-authorized repair shop. After googling some reviews online, decided to call this repair shop. I was able to speak with Nick right away, and he made the whole process seem so easy and hassle-free...and said that they can usually do it within the same day. He also gave me a quote for the repairs. Not only friendly, but very helpful! Although I happened to visit the shop on a busy Wednesday afternoon, Nick managed to get my laptop battery replaced and the fan blower (?) cleaned within a few hours. He was even willing to work past their store hours to get it completed if necessary! Whew...I was SO relieved to hear that, as I would have hated to leave my personal laptop with them overnight. Not only was this process hassle-free and expedient, it costed under 100 bucks!! By now, I've tested my new battery strength, and it has improved tremendously. Also, the fan blower isn't as loud (almost scary). So overall, am very satisfied with the service and repairs...and I would highly recommend this place for anyone with any PC issues!
