Pooja was very helpful about the new Liquid CD product. We particularly valued her explanation of the baffling NCUA beneficiary rules.

My parents have been members with TechCU for more than two decades, so I have had my fair share of going to the Milpitas branch for as long as I can remember. Their branch not only looks amazing after their remodeling a few years ago, but you almost never leave feeling disappointed! The usual wait time is not long at all, and everyone working at this branch have all been professional and helpful. I recently had the great opportunity to open my first Student Checking Account at this branch, and Timothy Tajonera provided informative and friendly service. Not only did Tim help me through the process of opening my first account, but also he really personalized the experience for me by holding a warm conversation. Thanks, TechCU Milpitas! read more

I was looking for an auto-loan and came across Tech CU. Lorenzo Aguayo assisted me, he and his team did an absolutely wonderful job. I needed the paperwork processed by the end of a particular month, and Lorenzo helped speed up the process for me and allowed me to come into the branch and leave with the auto-purchase completed in the same day. Responses were timely and typically quick, and the constant communication allowed me to know that everything was going smoothly every step of the way. A big thanks to the entire Tech CU team and Lorenzo for leading the effort! Would highly recommend Tech CU for those that are on the fence. read more

Excellent service. Also, by removing the big barriers between tellers and customers, the business space is much more convivial. At first I was confused, but Pooja Verma welcomed me, and then efficiently handled my credit card problem. Timothy informed me that all the tellers are cross-trained so they can help every customer with almost any issue. I hope they are getting paid what they are worth! read more

I would like to make a BIG shout out to Timothy Tajonera for closing my HELOC so smoothly and did an absolutely WOW service. He always update me on the status of my loan and always very attentive to details, and very friendly too. I am very satisfied that I am referring him to 2 of my friends! Smiling from ear to ear when I heard the good news from him. Thanks again Timothy :) read more

This the fourth time I use TechCU for auto loan. As always, they never disappoint me with their loan rate, their professional, and friendly service. This time, Sonia Aldaz helped me with the loan application, and approval process. I was so impressed with her dedication, and intention to help. She always responded to my concerns, or questions promptly. Beyond that, she stayed late on the day I bought the vehicle to ensure the dealership had all information necessary to complete the transaction. She also followed up with me the next day to ensure I got the vehicle, and ensured that the loan was properly setup and handled in my account. I strongly recommend this bank for all financial needs, and advices. I have been a member since 1995. Thanks for your good service, TechCU. read more

Getting my second auto loan from Technology Credit Union! It was a pleasure to work with Garrett right from the time of application. Just want to give a review to Tech CU Milpitas branch a review. I have been with TechCU for many years. Milpitas branch is the one I go. Same as other reviews on Yelp. Many individuals there are very helpful. They are always put customers as their priority and help us to earn more money and save money on loan. I would like to give special thanks to Beneil. He helped me to find the best rate option for my money at Tech CU. We can do all the paper work over email. I don't need to make a trip to the branch. His response is very fast. I highly recommended him if you need someone to find the best rate possible for your money. read more

We've been Tech CU customers for years, and our recent experience was a great example of why. We applied for a new auto loan for a Rivian R1T and Timothy knocked it out of the park. Application process was quick and easy, Timothy was very quick to communicate with us and kept us well informed in the very short amount of time it took to go from application to approval (with a fantastic interest rate) to funding the loan. We could not be happier, and Timothy is a huge part of why we love Tech for all of our banking needs. read more

First time for me buying a used car that is financed and Melanie guided me thru the process of having an auto loan for a used car. I had the pleasure of working with both Garrett Balco and Timothy Tajonera at the Milpitas branch. I have been a long time member. Always been great with Tech Cu. Found from online my account had be taped in by someone using Google transfer. I had called and stopped all transaction but it would be best and time saving if I can just go to any Branch to resolve the issue. I got a new car loan from Tech CU recently. There interest rates are very competitive and they have special rates for Google employees. The whole application process was online. I never had to go to the bank. My loan was worked on by Timothy. He provided an above and beyond service. He called and emailed regularly to make sure I was in loop on the status of the proceedings. There was a small hiccup with the dealership on loan duration which Timothy worked out with dealership. The whole loan process was very fast. read more

Just refinanced my car with TechCU and Kashish was very patient and helpful through the whole process. She was able to lock in a great loan rate for me and hold it while I gathered the required documents. I had the best experience with Tech CU, and especially from Edwin in the Dublin branch. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable. He walked me through the whole process seamlessly. Edwin made sure there was not a delay in processing the loan as we had a tight deadline to meet. If you're looking for a great place to get an auto loan, go see Edwin over at the Dublin branch and he'll get you all set up. Finally, their rates are hard to beat which is why I ultimately decided to go with them. read more

I've lived in California for nearly 30 years, and I've had personal and business bank accounts at nearly every bank that does business here. We've had our personal and business bank accounts (me, my wife, and now my kids) with Tech CU at the Milpitas branch for more than 7 years. Tech CU is head and shoulders above every other bank in California. I wouldn't give any other bank in California above a 3 out of 5 stars, but Tech CU gets 5 out of 5 stars. Sure, if you put a lot of money in any bank in California, you will get better, more personal service. Not Tech CU. Because they give 5-star service to every customer regardless of how long you've had accounts with them, no matter how many accounts, no matter how much money. I had very little money with them in the early years in my business when I struggled to have a normal life. So, I know how they treat the little guy. Every interaction with Tech CU, whether it's a phone rep at the 800 number or one of the people at the branches like Milpitas (and the Sunnyvale and San Jose branches) is personal. Most banks do not have people that remember you -- the people at Tech CU do. When you need help with something, they go out of their way to do everything you need and to get it done now. We've lost debit/credit cards or had them compromised by fraud, then every time we could go to the branch and get a replacement in less than an hour. I guarantee you nobody else is giving better service than that, and usually not even as good as that. I know people who have to wait three days with their local bank branch when they had the same thing happen. I love Tech CU and the people who work there because they're like me, like family. Because of their history, they understand what it means to be a Californian, what it means to do things differently to do things better. read more

Sonia Aldaz and Timothy were very professional, efficient and helpful. Thank you so much .

This location is in a nice location near the freeway. The parking lot has a lot of space, so it's really easy to park. Timothy Tajonera was really helpful in helping me with a car loan application and answering all my questions about my account. I had also came by recently when the branch's electricity went out one day and they had a worker, Ivan Medina, there greeting customers who were coming by to explain the situation and direct them see if they could still be helped. That was really great service. read more

I bank with Tech CU and I love the place. I get very personal service. Everyone working at the Pleasanton Office - Evelyn, Jose, Deepika and Edwin are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I just dropped in to get a wire transfer, they got it done quickly and efficiently. Knowing that it was urgent they set up a special processing to ensure it got there on time. That's what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE! These guys are GREAT!!!! Thanks all at Tech CU, you're the BEST!!!! read more

Tech CU you're a disappointment after all these years. I had an item in dispute for OVER 7 MONTHS!! During this time you NEVER communicated unless I reached out for an update. I needed your assistance with an issue I had with a merchant not delivering goods and you favored them. I'm closing out my account after 15+ years once I found out you work for the merchant and not your customers! Please don't ask for help from Michelle Powell-Salud or Shaneal Singh. They won't help you. read more
