I want to take a moment to recognize Aileen Exconde at the Milpitas KeyPoint Credit Union branch. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to help me with all of my banking needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly so I understand all my options. What really stands out about Aileen is how much she genuinely cares about her customers. She doesn't just treat you like another account number--she listens, offers guidance, and makes sure you're taken care of every step of the way. It's rare these days to find someone who combines excellent customer service with a personal touch, but Aileen does exactly that. Honestly, Aileen is the main reason I chose to bank with KeyPoint. Her dedication and helpfulness gave me confidence that I made the right choice, and every interaction since then has reinforced that. Because of her, I recommend KeyPoint Credit Union to my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you, Aileen, for all your hard work and for making banking such a positive experience. You truly make the Milpitas branch shine! read more

The KPCU Milpitas branch is easily my favorite bank. I never thought I would write a bank review until my recent experience. I needed help with several transactions for an upcoming trip. The requests were a bit complicated but still well within what banks normally assist with. I went to four Citi branches, two other KPCU locations, and one Chase branch with the exact same request. The level of customer service I received from Holly and Raj at the KPCU Milpitas location was by far the best. It was not even close. Holly and Raj are incredibly friendly and genuinely willing to help. The moment you walk into the branch, they create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I worked with Holly multiple times, and she treats every customer like a close friend. This branch truly feels like a neighborhood bank where the staff know their customers and are happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. I would absolutely recommend banking with KPCU, especially the Milpitas branch. Large banks often feel impersonal, where every interaction is purely transactional and you are just a name in a system. KPCU is the opposite. They truly care about their clients and it shows in every interaction. read more

I frequent this location for its convenience, but unfortunately my experience is consistently dampened by the service. Every time I am assisted by Aileen, she is notably rude. Today was no exception. It's disappointing because I'd like to keep coming here but lack of basic customer service makes it difficult. The rest of the team is so helpful but her luck of professionalism makes the experience unpleasant. read more

Today August 14, 2025 I went into Key Point Credit Union and it was the best decision I could of made today. Rajveer Dhailiwal is the gentleman who helped me. I recommend any and everyone who is looking for a bank. Ken Nakamara and Raj, will work with you. Good look to future members. read more

My coworker has been telling me for months to go refinance my auto loan at KeyPoint Credit Union now, but I never made the time for it. I finally went there on Tuesday this week after work. Not even 10 seconds after walking in I was immediately greeted by the Assistant Branch Manager, Evelyn Faller. Evelyn had me seated right away, asked what I needed help with, and got to it right away. Long story short I was in and out in an hour, lowered the interest rate on auto loan by 2%, and reaped many benefits from becoming a member of KeyPoint Credit Union and getting my auto loan refinanced there. Awesome customer service! Highly recommended! Thank you, Evelyn! read more

Evelyn helped me from the beginning, she's attentive, kind and fast. KeyPoint is a great company, easy process to open accounts and the benefits that come with a credit union like HSA and AD&D. My only complaint is member services or the call center, especially Jessica. Can you get a word in with her? All in all, I would recommend KeyPoint Credit Union Milpitas Branch! read more

This place has been an extremely professional and awesome experience since day one. I should have written a review much sooner than today, but my relationship with this branch really has been extraordinary! They treat you like you've known them for years and are always very knowledgeable with their offerings. I recommend them to all of my friends if they are fed up with their current financial institutions. Marco in particular has really made me feel appreciated for my business. Thank you!! read more

The person who I want to applaud is Jonah for the excellent effort that was put into helping me with my business account. Not to mention, communicating with Jonah was super easy and was a breeze. Highly recommended if you want KeyPoint Credit to help you with your business banking account. Thank you Jonah! read more

I've always been with mainstream banks. This is my first exposure to Credit Unions. A friend of mine referred me here and I gotta say, I wish I would have made the move sooner. Steven La was the banker that helped open my account. He also hooked me up with the $300 bonus. The whole experience was quick and seamless. I will be referring my friends and family here. Highly recommended for anyone who is tired of bank fees. Remember to ask for Steven. read more

Love it love it love it!! It is smaller than the previous location which was the same space but half the office. It no longer has teller counters for basic bank transactions Gone are the standing and waiting in line to deposit a check or make a withdrawal. I walked in and sat at one of the offices and sat in a plush grey booth. And if I didn't know any better I would have waited on for the hostess to give me menu and order sushi or get a boba. It is such a REFRESHING approach to banking and Keypoint gets an A++++++++++ rating. I had to get some cash and the person who was helping me went to the back and got my $. It was not in a register under her desk. I am thoroughly IMPRESSED by the level of service and attention to detail KEYPOINT has offered. I honestly don't know why people bank with Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Credit Unions are the way to go and Keypoint Credit Union is the best. read more

I've been a customer of Keypoint for 15 years now, I highly recommend them for many reasons, here are just a few: 1. Personalized service. Anytime I need some help, they're always there, especially the assistant manager Cheryll Commendador. She goes above and beyond to save me time from having to wait at the bank etc, 2. They don't nickel and dime over small charges. They really provide me with peace of mind to focus on running the business and not having to worry about misc fees etc. 3. They're a local credit union and they're part of the community. read more

I walked in this establishment on my 61st birthday with high hopes but didn't walk out with my happy dance because I didn't qualify for any of their incentives for new members and yet I did business here because my sister highly recommended this place and I wanted to give it a chance. I was convinced that this is where to bank with but not until I answered their survey. When I went back the nxt day to make an appt. with Mr. Michael Toy their financial adviser, ( btw very knowledgeable and professional ended up investing here too). So while I was waiting I was told that the bank manager wanted to see me about the review or survey I submitted. Lol oh no what did I do? But then it was all good for taking the time and giving my honest feedback they did good on their customer service for me a new member and for the person who recommended me. I now don't only like but love banking here because the people that work here really care about you and your business. Paperwork sometimes made me feel intimidated but they actually are kind, patient and explain it clearly. They greet you with genuine smiles, know your name, laid back happy people that make me walk out now with my happy dance. They dress to impress you with their customer service. You feel welcome something I never felt in my other bank. A few I met who helped me know me by name and I remember theirs as well. I think that's cool . Thanks Evelyn for setting up my account. Michael for starting my investment and branch manager Mr. Marco Vazquez for listening and reacting on my feedback. So yes, Milpitas Keypoint Credit Union thanks so much even its a few weeks late writing this review for being part of your family in my neighborhood. read more

Went in the other day 5 min till closing and asked Steven Nguyen La, how I could get started. Let me start off by saying how kind he was when I apologized knowing they were about to close and he assured me he was happy to help regardless. He was quick and opened me up my account within 5 more minutes and was able to answer all my questions! This was easily one of the best experiences I've had opening a new account. Thank you Steven for staying and helping me!!!! Anytime I go in I'll definitely keep an eye out and be asking for him. read more

I was unable to remove my former review for some reason but wanted to be fair and post an update regarding the rouge ATM incident. The situation was swiftly addressed and resolved. The bank team took responsibility, looked into the incident and got back to me (several times in fact) to assure me that someone had actually been honest when they found my card in the rebooted AMT and had tossed it into the gated area of the bank where it was promptly shredded the next morning. I am pleased with how the situation was handled. It's easy to write a review when a vendor does something you don't like but it is far better to write an update when a company does their best to rectify a situation. read more

I stopped by the credit union since I was purchasing a used Jeep and the seller wanted cash instead of a cashier check (or bank draft). Unfortunately, the credit union could not fund me all the cash that I needed at the time. Marco, the branch manager was informed about my situation and he immediately took action and started to call a few other branches to see if they could assist. I ended up have to stop by another credit union location for the cash that I needed to pay for the Jeep. Thanks Marco for your professional support and great customer service. read more

First off I want to commend how well KeyPoint follows covid 19 protocols. I felt safe the entire time and there was plenty of sanitizer around. I went in to make a payment for my mom and was greeted by the Manager Marco. He helped me process the payment quickly with a friendly attitude. This the best branch I have been to! read more

Evelyn was really helpful! My SO and I just had some questions for new accounts and we were able to open a new one for her at this branch! I like having this branch open, it definitely is easier for me than traveling further to the San Jose one. Quick and great service, ATMs are readily available inside. Great atmosphere. read more

I use to have a account here along time ago. I only come here now to use the atm since theres no additional fees from my current credit union. I didnt care for their customer service and like alot of the other reviewers mentioned, their daily limitations on accessing your own money is a pain in the A**! You have to call and tell them to increase it if youre planning on spending or going over their set limit. The atm reimbursement is a pain also where you have to keep track and enter it in manually. If you forget youre out of luck. I finally had enough and switched over to a different credit union and have been much happier. 2 stars read more
