I have been banking here for about 25 years. I first got it when I was at the Tech company right by TCU and they were offering some incentives. It was a great location for me because I worked right by there in Milpitas. And they do have multiple branches.I do like the fact that they do not charge for checking the and they also refund you six ATM charges a month. I used to get free premium checks with Winnie the Pooh but now I just get the plain check but then who uses checks nowadays. The bank in Milpitas has now changed where you have to check in and sit down and I don't like the fact that they don't have a restroom in the building. Other than that they're pretty good. read more

I went to this branch on January 19, 2023. The person I normally see was on either lunch or break. I was a little hesitant about seeing someone else because the person I go to knows I always have a lot of transactions and is patience with me.. However, when I was called over to be assisted, I sat with Ivan Medina.. I saw the sign that said deposit and withdrawals only. I asked him and said, "You must be new. He said yes. Anyway, Ivan was patient and handled each transaction with grace. He took his time, and before each transaction, he asked if he could one at a time to be on the safe side. I agree. To sum things up.
