Jennifer helped me with my auto loan a couple months ago and hadn't had the time to thank her for all that she did to help. I recently went into the branch to use the ATM and she had remembered me and was shocked. KeyPoint employees really do treat you like family. I'd refer anyone to this credit union! read more

I would to update my earlier review as I once again had to get a new account after I lost my checkbook. Hannah Spray was my principal representative and she was absolutely A-1 in her service. She was super knowledgeable and guided me in the right directions as we were creating a new account. This branch is lucky to have her in this role. Her fellow employees are also fantastic, and this has been the standard for this credit union as long as I have been a member. I'm glad I am with KPCU. read more

My father who recently passed away was a loyal customer to this branch. When I came in to manage his estate, Anahi remembered him and helped me through everything with his accounts. While other things can be so difficult and tedious, Anahi made sure I had all information I needed clearly and made everything easy. The staff in this branch is always so kind and professional. read more

This review is for Khoi Pham at Keypoint Credit Union. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She had been considering investing in CDs for some time now but was reluctant to do so as she had limited knowledge about it. Though the staff at the credit union is very knowledgeable and helpful, she was afraid that she still would not fully understand their explanation as English is not her primary language. It was not until she was introduced to Khoi at the bank where she changed her mind. He was patient, friendly and very informative. He made the transaction easy and gave her peace of mind. I think having someone who is fluent in other languages at the branch is a great asset and it would greatly help others feel at ease about investing their money. read more

Alex has great customer service , knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. I am glad that I opened an account with key point credit union. I definitely recommend this branch! read more

Very SAD to have experience a form of retaliation against having a voice. Sara the rep refuses to respond and the person that called showed no compassion or offered any resolution. They have defamed my character and every experience has proven that RACISM is REAL in this organization. BE AWARE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION. ***************************** UPDATE AFTER ANNA THE MANAGER CALLED ME BACK!!! So after posting my update review Anna calls me back to say she DO NOT know what call I was expecting with a very bad attitude. She then proceeded to say that Risk Management has my account and that my account will be reviewed...I asked what would be the reason as I have no RETURN checks OR HAVE DONE ANY THING. I also advised that I had emailed Sara several times with no response on the information I provided that all checks have been cleared. I told Anna closing my account because I voiced my concerns on how I've been treated is wrong, Anna then began to talk about the terms of the credit union. I advised they have targeted me and racially profile me due to being an African American. When I asked why would my account be in RISK she said she doesn't know and she didn't do it, so I asked why did she call with an attitude to harass and provoked me. She started to get loud and speak unprofessional so I disconnect the call. I'M ASKING THE MEDIA TO CONTACT ME. I'M ASKING PASTOR BRYANT TO BOYCOTT THIS CREDIT UNION. ANYONE INTERESTED IN SIGNING MY PETITION PLEASE CONTACT ME. WE HAVE A VOICE AND JUST BECAUSE WE USE OUR VOICE DOESN'T GIVE THIS CREDIT UNION THE RIGHT TO SEND MY ACCOUNT TO RISK OR EVEN FLAG MY ACCOUNT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION PLEASE BE AWARE. LETS UTILIZE SOCIAL MEDIA AND TICK TOCK TO GET THIS CREDIT UNION TO RESPECT THE CONSUMERS. read more

I had the pleasure of getting set up to do business with KeyPoint Credit Union, specifically, the Santa Clara office on La Rambla. The team was a pleasure to work with, but specifically, my point of contact was Jenni Ocampo, and I can't say enough about the 5-star service I experienced and the attention to detail I witnessed.   For most organizations, customer service feels like a long-lost art, but with KeyPoint, the La Rambla team, and, specifically, Jenni Ocampo, customer service is what they do, and banking is how they express it. read more

Been a member since 2006 Worst, absolute worst service I've ever received!!! Young teller, is too busy trying to get you gone, she doesn't listen to questions .. yet gives this type of advise: deposit into you business account, then transfer to your personal account"... Someone should give her banking etiquette and business wisdom.. If you are contemplating becoming a member... Think again!!! read more

My local credit union closed the branch I'd ben using for years. So I decided to visit the nearby Keypoint cu location. I was so impressed by Christy Tran that I opened a cd (excellent rate). The new location is much brighter and welcoming than the old one. I did have a tiny problem finding it and once there, finding parking, but it isn't a big deal. I was helped by Anahi C. with a personal loan. It was very easy to see that she really cares about helping her customers. She was personable and professional. It was actually fun to fill out the forms for the loan. The whole vibe in this new location does feel more upbeat and the people do seem to be having fun. And they are open 7 days a week! I have been a member here for a few years now and there were a handful of times that something came up on a Sunday. Now, I can just pay them a visit. It is really quite convenient. Also, great job to Anahi for the loan assistance! read more

They have no interest in serving the customer or making money. Applied for a loan online; it said "success! You're approved. A bank rep will contact you soon!" It's been 10 days and crickets so far. What kind of bank doesn't follow up on an approved loan application? That's their core business! I have been a customer for ~25 years and have about 400K in deposits with them and this is the treatment I get. SMH. read more

My mother recommended joining the KeyPoint family, and im glad I did it.
