In skilled nursing due to complicated surgery and can't get to the branch, well you'd think that giving a relative Power of Attorney would work. Nope - at least not within two to three weeks as they review the PoA through legal and then demand a doctors note - even though that isn't part of the PoA. And their rates aren't even that good. Go elsewhere.
