I was told that the price I am paying would be applied towards repair, however they never repaired my comp. So I essentially paid $50 bucks to have them confirm something I already knew...and the guys who gave me my comp back wasn't sure if the guy who looked at it was going to actually put the part I needed into my comp, just felt unprofessional but maybe I am giving it too much thought. Based on its Yelp reviews, I gave TechHub Direct a call. I arranged a time to drop of the Chromebook. Within a couple of days, Anthony let me know it was ready for pickup. Turns out, after running various diagnostics, there were no apparent software or hardware problems. It was a power reboot that fixed it. The Chromebook has been running normally since I picked it up, and I've changed my charging method to be sure I don't overcharge it. I am one of "those" people. From the moment that I walked into new Age Computers and met Weston, I just knew that I had come to the right place. Following 2 days of struggling, hour after hour, to dig into the problem I was having, all I had to show for it was a deeper hole!! I came over to his shop, gave him an overview of my problem and left; he called me the next morning to tell me all was well and to come in and pick it up.
