Got my Iphone 7 plus fixed by Vince. It was $75 and he only accept cash only. He was friendly and got the job done when I was done with the gym. I had my friend with me and he offered to call her to tell her when it's ready. I felt bad for coming in so late, but glad that he took care of me. If your phone screen is broken, come by here to get it fixed. Usually it would be $100 to get my iphone 7 plus screen fixed. read more

This guy doesnt offer you a warranty and does a CRAPPY JOB....... I took my cracked Iphone Screen for him to repair and it gave out within a week (phone kept shutting off within 3 seconds) went back within that week and he said I probably broke it myself already and wanted to charge me another 120 bucks even though he offers you a warranty!!!!!! he doesnt keep his word!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go to a professional not someone who does a Mickey Mouse job on your phone and still wants to charge you full price again for not fixing it correctly! read more

Cracked my iPhone X screen and came here to get it repaired. Vince was super friendly and offered a fair price. It only took about 20 minutes. After replacing the screen, he told me I had a 14 day warranty in case of defects. The next day, my phone started glitching so I brought the phone back, and Vince was welcoming and replaced the screen again without an issue. Definitely recommend. read more

You get what you pay for. Came here because it was the cheapest price in town. $80 to replace a cracked iphone 5 screen. He offered a 30 day warranty and even threw in discounted power button and volume rocker repair plus a free battery. What a nice guy right? WRONG! Later that night, I realized my texts looked strange. I realized I couldn't hit any A's...or Z's...or the back button... or ANYTHING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY SCREEN for that matter. Oh and the silent switch was oddly stuck and now useless. No biggie, I thought, I have a 30 day warranty. Instead of offering sympathy, first thing he does is deny there's a problem at all as he futilely jabs at the left side of my screen to no avail. He finally says he'll take a look at it but adds "btw, if I can't fix this this, this is not covered under the warranty." .. Wth? I had to make a second trip back for him to replace it with another screen but it was even worse as almost THE ENTIRE screen was now frequently non-responsive. Still he insinuates that it's not his screen's problem but that it was a problem with my phone, and therefore, would not give me a refund. Umm, I've never had any touch screen issues until you touched my screen! No pun intended. After 2 wks of painful factory resets and endless screen jabbing, I finally gave up on him and went to another store, where they replaced the screen for only a little more $ and voila! I am now able to type this long yelp review without a single hiccup. PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY DON'T USE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND ACTUALLY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! read more

I had a pleasurable experience here. My iPhone 5 screen is fixed and it works perfectly. Vince took about 20-30 minutes to do so, very nice guy btw. Although he does not give a warranty for cracked screens because realistically your screen is not going to crack by itself, and if you wanted your iPhone screen to be a perfect apple screen, then go to the apple store and pay close to 200$ for a new screen. so common sense here, you get what you pay for and labor. read more

BE AWARE! This establishment uses cheap Chinese parts then doesn't uphold their warranty when the parts malfunction. He fixed my cracked screen for $55 and gave me warranty for a month establishing that a black screen was not included. The day after I put the phone in my pocket as I had done for a year in a half before the replacement, I grabbed my phone 5 minutes after and realized that the screen was cracked. The guy who's name is Vince offered to replace it by giving a discount, he would only charge me $50 for a second replacement! Please learn from my mistake, do not go to this cheap place, you will be taken advantage of! read more

Came in on June 18th evening around 6:45pm to CellSpot about an iPhone 6 issue I think they close…read moreat 7pm. It was stuck at the Apple logo screen for a brief second and then reboots while connected with the charger. I told them about what I was experiencing when trying to turn it on and let them know it's one of my back up phones so it's not urgent and I was okay with them taking their time to find out the solution if it was a battery issue, logic board issue, or software issue. I did go to another phone repair shop at Cypress before and they weren't able to resolve the issue, after checking the battery and diagnosing it, so I thought I give it another try at another local repair shop here at CellSpot in Anaheim. The next evening (June 19th) I checked with them to see what the status was and if they were able to diagnose it. They let me know the progress and status. Although it wasn't quite finished I respected their follow up response and customer service. They let me know after testing the phone on another battery it was still giving issues so they asked permission if I'm okay if the possibility of loosing the data for them to try and reset the firmware/OS, since the volume/power button method didn't work. I was totally fine with it since it was one of my back ups. The next morning (11am) on June 20th they let me know it was resolved, and ready for pick up. The issue wasn't the battery or logic board, it was the software/OS and they were able to reset/reinstall the OS and got it back up and running. My total experience calling in advanced for the quote/service, walking in the store, following up, and final day to pick up the device was overall pretty good. It was busy when I came and when I returned to pick up the device so I know patience was key. The ladies I spoke with on the phone and met in person to drop off the phone and pick it up were good! And of course the phone still works on the latest firmware it can handle! Would repeat for other repairs and the price was fair. Here's the feedback I promised, thank you CellSpot!

Vince is the guy when it comes to Iphone problem. My phone has been acting really strange. It would shut off randomly and turn back on. I let it slide a few times and not really cared for it. Until one day, my phone completely shuts off and could not turn on. I tried not to freak out so I went on google and searched for every possible solution to turn it back on. After hours and hours of searching, nothing seemed to work. My phone would not turn on the next day, so I took it to Vince. I told him my problem and he took my phone and started investigating the issue. I saw everything that was going on. He helped fix my phone and my phone is working great now! My first impression was his work station. He has everything - from his tools to the parts. He does everything right in front of you.
