Then I was told I needed to start a new warranty claim because the warranty company closed the ticket. The warranty company confirmed that was false -- the technician closed it, not them. The technician didn't seem to know what he was doing, Googling the issue and ordering random parts hoping one would fix it. This company is disorganized, unresponsive, and unreliable. When it comes to trades, I'm also a helicopter homeowner and generally a bit of a micromanager. Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable.
