Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. I asked them to call her, since I don't know her schedule. She's not received a phone call and they stopped responding to my FB messages. A delayed flight is a good reason to reschedule an appointment but not calling to do so before the appointment is bad business practice and very inconsiderate to an 89 year old woman.
