    Ben and Tony are a great father and son team. They are knowledgeable, skillful and honest. I'm so glad to have found this place. I've been coming here since Honda dealer messed me up by claiming to have swapped my spark plugs but never did, causing me to have stalls on the freeway! I was lucky to find this place as emergency and have been coming here for big and small jobs. Ben and Tony will give u honest advices on what u need to fix and change and how urgent they are. They charge reasonable prices. They are now my go-to mechanics and I highly recommend them to anyone.

    Let me start with saying Ben is a Wizard. I have never trusted a mechanic more in my entire life. There is literally nothing he cannot do. In my 29 years of existence, I've never had such thorough, quality, and cost efficient work done on my car. You come here knowing that not only will you get the absolute best deal with Ben's prices, but you will get the best quality work done. You cannot go anywhere else to get better quality. Period. You get A+ service for A+ prices. Along with all of this, Ben walks you through the issue and shows you what has been done (old parts + new parts) and will recommend what needs to be looked at in the foreseeable future. He is like the Willy Wonka of car factory's ... only he doesn't have anybody like Slugworth working for him. Honestly I recommend Ben to all of my friends. I found him when I lived in El Monte .. and now since I've moved to Long Beach I still come here because finding an honest, quality, affordable, and extremely knowledgeable mechanic is few and far between. He's done my clutch, axel, engine oil leaks, brakes, tune ups, oil changes, starter, and to save me money on my need for a new ignition switch, he installed a "push to start" button in my '95 civic. How sick is that ?! You know how many blumpkins that switch alone has gotten me? Seriously, don't think twice, come here . A huge thanks to Ben and all of his workers for such amazing work and for always hookin it up!

    I'm originally a customer of their first location Tech No 1. I'm a return customer now because my car is old haha and Ben Diep, the owner, is a honest and friendly guy who always gives a good price on his work. My car broke down the other night (10 pm) and I towed it to his shop planning on leaving it on the street till morning. Luckily I caught him as he was headed home. Instead of just having me leave my car in the street and deal with it in the morning. He put the dogs away, unlocked and opened the gate for me to park inside. Then he asked his son to give me a lift home. This is the above and beyond type of service you will get from Ben at Tech No 1 and 2.

    Drive train issue? No problem. Driveshaft was completely stuck in transmission and they were able to remove it!

    Took in gfs 2000 toyota 4runner which had very bad drivetrain issues. Was very skeptical that any auto repair shop could fix the issue but I had a good feeling bout this place. They inspected the vehicle and got immediately to work. They kept the old parts from the car that got replaced (to show that they actually replaced it) and walked me through what they did to fix the issue. These guys know their stuff and will not overcharge you. Real honest guys with great prices. No job too difficult that these guys can't cure. Highly recommend!

    Waiting room

    Just took my car to get serviced and they were friendly and easy to work with. Called in advance and they took my car for an inspection as soon as I arrived. Price is decent as well for each service. Would recommend coming back.

    Ontario Volkswagen tried charging me $1800 to fix the valve body in my bug and Ben is able to do it for $950!! He's AMAZING.

I was feeling really down and stressed about the situation, but the staff was incredibly kind and supportive, which really helped put my mind at ease. Despite the severe damage, they finished the repairs in just about two weeks, and my car looks exactly like it did before the accident! Throughout those two weeks, they sent me regular email updates along with photos so I could see the progress. When I picked up the car, they gave me a thorough explanation of the work done and assured me that if any future issues arise related to this accident, they will repair it for free. They even provided a ride to and from the shop, likely due to their partnership with Hertz. I am highly satisfied with their exceptional work and customer service. We were able to get my car in after having my parts pre ordered. Luis took my car at the time of appointment. I was given an estimate of 9-10 working days. Once again they delivered!     Ten Years Reunion In…read more2015, I had a great experience when I brought my 2014 Black Sienna for repair due to an accident. The staffs were professional and friendly, the services were of high quality, and best of all I felt welcome. I left a very positive Yelp review for that incident. I stated I would come to Longo Collision Repair Center should my car need repair in the future. True to my words, I once again brought in the same vehicle for repair due to an accident in March 2026. Ten years past and I still have good memories of my interactions. I came back and honestly not sure of what to expect since it has been so long ago (Longo?). The Visit I drove into the customer entrance building and was greeted by Vic, an elder gentlemen. He was very helpful in answering my questions and guided me through the process since we were going through third party insurance. I called the third party adjuster and gave the phone to Vic who then arranged everything for me. Thank you Vic for making the situation less stressful. After dropping off my car, I headed to the reception area to sign some paperwork. I was hoping to see LaKisha again. She was the friendly smiling receptionist the last time I was there. Sadly, ten years is a long time and seems she has moved on. No LaKisha to help with paperwork. In her place is a young man by the name of Danny. He has a friendly smile and an approachable demeanor. He processed all the paperwork in a very quick time which I appreciated. He offered me donuts, coffee, and water to which I was directed to the lobby. Yes, these were the same refreshments then years ago (to be clear, they were same type of foods and drinks and not the same ones). While in the lobby, I went to the Enterprise car rental. Yes, it was conveniently located on the spot with the office in the lobby. Robert, the Enterprise customer service representative, expeditiously took care of the rental. I drove off in a brand new 2026 lipstick red Camry SE HEV with only 100 miles odometer reading. The car saved a lot of gas per milage which alleviated my wallet, especially with the Iran war going on. Once home, I looked over the paperwork. And behold who I saw was assigned to be the estimator...LaKisha (LaKisha Gordon to be exact). Yes, the same...the one and only receptionist who greeted me by my name with a smile ten years ago. Looking at her business card attached to the paper, there's a photo of her still exuding the same welcoming smile. A warmth smile etched across my face realizing she is now overseeing my claim. I had total confident my car and I are in good hands. She kept me updates throughout the process and informed of any changes along the way. When I call with questions, she was always there. Another estimator who is part of my claim is Gregory Martinez. It seems there's a team taking care of my vehicle. I was told Gregory deals with the insurance about parts and repair. He was adamant about getting the best parts for job. I received calls from Gregory frequently for updates about his interactions with the insurance and the cost of repair. Gregory always spoke professionally with the matter-of-fact tone. He informed me that the damaged fuel door was not covered since it was not related to the accident. It will come out of my pocket to have it repairs should I choose to. I declined and that was it. There was no hassle or pushing me to go against my decision. I felt my wish is respected. The Result After about a month, my car is ready to be picked up. I arrived at the lobby and was greeted by Danny...still smiling. He had me signed a paper and that was it. Quick and easy. I was ecstatic to see LaKisha in person after 10 years. She gave me a hug and for a moment I forgot about my vehicle. We went to inspect my finished car. It looked great like brand new. The color is smooth and shiny. The trim matches. I was happy once again. Then LaKisha pointed to the fuel door and reiterated it was not covered by the insurance. But they, Longo Collision Repair Center, took care of it "out of good will." I was informed that Gregory had to persuade upper manager to replace the fuel door for me pro bono. I was already happy and satisfied seeing my car all fixed again but the add-on of the fuel door was icing on the cake. Overall I am amazed but not surprise with professionalism of the staffs and the quality of services at Longo Collision Repair Center. Ten years has gone by, my car still held up from the last repair job, new staffs are still as welcoming and friendly, and the workmanships are still consistent and reputable. Thank you to all those I have mentioned and to all the employees who had done a tremendous hands-on labor making my car new again. In this uneventful incident, you stand out as the silver lining.

    Less than one month after I purchased my 2026 RX-350h, with 1100 miles on it we were sideswiped by…read morea guy who, at the last minute decided that two cars could occupy the same lane at the same time. Estimators Patrick Chan and LaKisha Gordon worked closely with me, and my insurance company to restore the car back to new. It took some time, but that was the because I have an insurance company that refuses to pay for necessary repairs and calibrations. Patrick and LaKisha worked very hard to get as much covered as possible. helped out with my car rental, and I got my car back looking and running in brand new condition. The shop is clean, intake is efficient, and the work is the best I've ever seen - paint is perfectly matched and panel gaps are perfect. Thank you, Longo

The car was able to be fixed, but I feel like the overall work wasn't as great as I would like. The car was inspected the same day I sent a request and worked on the day after. Rick was really knowledgeable and give me a a reasonable quote compared to other places I had contacted. When discussing paint, I let him know I had paint on hand and asked if he could test it prior to putting it on the car to see if it was a good match. We tested it on a piece of cardboard, and he said that the paint was good to use. After the car was painted, we found out the match was not great and that I was liable since we used my paint. We were able to fade in the middle after I requested it so you can't tell too much from the back, but the color difference is noticeable from the side. Aside from poor color match, there was residual paint on my fog lights and the car that was difficult to remove afterwards. The overall experience was quick but a little rushed. Rick said that he would repaint the bumper if I buy another can of paint, however he did not give me a quote for how much. When I asked if he could buy the paint to avoid a color mismatch, he just said that I could buy it, and to contact him if I want it repainted.
