I have an iPhone 6s Plus with a cracked screen and was looking for a place where I can get it repaired. Came across Tech Experts here on Yelp and noticed that they have 5 star reviews. I called, asked how much and how long it'll take for them to replace the screen. Not only did Darrien gave me a discount for being a first time customer, he also said that I can wait for my phone. I just got my eyebrows done at Maya's and was walking to my car and saw this tech shop. I walked in and was greeted by the guy. I asked how much it would be to changed my temper glass screen protector for my iPhone 8 Plus and it was only $14!!!! $16.32 with tax. The guy changed it so quickly too! I was in and out. Never even calling again. Well needless to say I'm a returning customer for multiple things from phones the game consoles to laptops, I had a play station that simply needed to be unscrewed and sprayed with an air hose, just needed to be cleaned out for the fans, without knowing that I could've paid double or triple or quadruple the price that they were going to ask me, he simply tells me we don't have time for that. As opposed to filling me on a schedule somewhere telling me a date to come in or even simply telling me a date to call back, he just tells me we don't have time for that. Never will I ever walk in at this establishment again. You don't have time for your customers, is it some sort of luxury for you to do your job? Sure you have the right to refuse service cool. Does it make it that you need to be rude though? I can call back and I can be rude, people seem to forget, the customers go to a business we know the location, your hours and we know when you get off work. read more

My iPad screen was shattered so badly it was cutting my fingers when I used it and my husbands iPad was even worse. We decided we had dealt with our broken glass long enough and I started to look around on yelp for places near us for iPad screen repair with great reviews and Tech Experts was the first one to show up in results. All the reviews were great, so I decided to give them a try, plus they were pretty close to my house. It was pretty easy to find the location and the gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and pleasant. I think his name was Josh? I'm not sure something with a J. He gave me the price up front for repairing the screens of both iPads and I couldn't believe it was so reasonable! He did let me know it would probably take a day but I didn't mind especially at such wonderful prices. I got a call the next day to come pick up both iPads and I was so pleased with the results. I will do my best to take better care of my iPad screen from now on but I know where I will come in case it breaks again...back to tech experts! Thanks for the great service! read more

I am very upset.. I drove 30 minutes from encinktas myst to get my daughters ipad. We called an hour in advance to let this place know were driving there and will be here shortly before closing. I drove a bit faster to arrive before eta time. I arrived right at 4:45pm. Place is closed. I call and knock for 10 minutes no response.... very upset read more

Price and speed of repair was good. But what I'm not happy with is the problems I've been experiencing since my repair. My phone gets extremely hot since they replaced the battery and screen. I took it back and he supposedly reconnected some wires that weren't connected properly. This did not fix the problem. Unfortunately I moved to Washington state and now I feel like I'm screwed. They offered to refund me but I'd have to take it to another repair shop up here and probably pay wayyy more. How about a reimbursement since I can't bring it back to you? Going back to this shop for a third time is just plain annoying. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would - 10/10 recommend. In short, great customer service, affordable, and quick! Thank you Andrew and Tony! In length, I unfortunately had spilled all over my laptop and needed, at the very least, to get my data backed up. I'm a Master's student and there's hours upon hours of work on there that I had not saved. I came in and Andrew and Tony greeted me and were so kind and comforting. Andrew was able to take a look at it right away and in less than 5 minutes shared the exciting news that my data was salvageable! I had brought my own flashdrive and we were able to get all my data backed up. Unfortunately, my computer was toast (but I mean it was 6 1/2 years old, not the first time it had been spilled on, and it was time for an upgrade anyway). Andrew was able to keep my hard drive separated and gave me suggestions and advice for future things. The whole process was probably less than 30 minutes, and I could not be more grateful for them. Not to mention SO affordable! Just $75 and immediate service, whereas I was getting quoted at $200 plus dollars plus and needing ~72 hours.
