So my Samsung S7 Edge gave out on me 2 months before it was fully paid off. Tmobile and Samsung Couldn't offer me anything at all for this inconvenience. Had the phone in meant condition, the only thing is the screen kept having a green flickering. Arrived at this store near the college and was greeted upon my arrival by John. John identified the problem right away after opening it up and it turned out the part to replace it was atleast $180 towards as high as $235 in ebay. seeing as it would be easier for me to just get a new phone than to just put in more money into my samnsung s7 edge, I told John that im just going to sell this one for parts. Since there wasnt anything he could do to fix it, he didnt charge me for the diagnoses. John had great suggestions on which phones I should consider weighing the pros and cons of each. I may not have used their services per say, but John really helped me out that day and made me feel a lot better by giving me suggestions on my course of action instead of worrying what to do about my phone. :) read more

Edit: So my phone was repaired last week by Jimmy and since then I've had no problems at all. What took me by surprise was that when I asked Jimmy what kinda damage took my phone away for 2 months that he took 2 hours to fix was, it was just water damage around some buttons. It was like a small thing. I struggled with editing my prior review to include this detail but I figured it was enough. Cut to today and I receive a call from Jonathon the owner and he notified me that what I went through should never have happened and was very sincere offering me a full refund for the repair. That was honestly enough for me but to also lend a hand in discounting other repairs I might ask for is good customer service. I was told the attendant at the Bonita location was having problems and because of that, I as a customer was affected by not having my phone attended to despite the length of time I was waiting. Needless to say he no longer works there and I will definitely praise Jimmy who was able to give my phone a speedy recovery. I can't give a full 5 stars for the whole experience but making up for it in some way feels nice. Thanks guys. These guys have had my phone for over a month and it's still not repaired. Having brought in my phone before the Holidays caused some parts to be back ordered they said which I completely understand. What I don't get is a week ago they called me up to tell me the parts came in and yet the phone was still not working so they notified me that they would re-order new parts in case it was faulty and let me know that in a week they should have answer. Cut to today, A week later, and I walk into the store and it turns out they hadn't even re-ordered the new parts and my phone is sitting in a "Complete Bin" when my phone is still not functioning. It took me coming into the store physically, watching the attendant order the parts in person to know that the new parts come in on a certain day. I'm very frustration as a customer and having to maneuver my life around not having a phone for over a month now has been a problem. I keep thinking had I took my phone to a different repair shop if they would have done a faster job. read more

Biggest shout out to David! I came here because my phone screen was cracked. Yesterday I went to get my phone repaired and I had my own screen yet unfortunately the same day it started glitching and brought it back to them to see what was wrong today. They told me the screen was defective and since it was my own screen; there was no warranty. I ended up buying their screen and returning the one I originally had back to the company I got it from. Since I already paid $40 yesterday, I asked if I was able to get $40 off of getting a new replacement from them and David was able to do so. They also had Mario kart on the WII so while I waited for my screen replacement, I played it! It was a nice experience and their customer service is the best. I shattered my phone yesterday and looked up a place that repaired cracked screens near my area and Tech Experts in Bonita popped up. I went over today in hopes of getting it fixed and I was more then satisfied. Got to meet the owner Jonathan he was very knowledgeable and friendly right off the bat. He knew exactly what to do and started on my phone right away. Jonathan's work load wasn't too heavy at the time and I was able to witness him at work. In a matter of 15 minutes my screen was revived and I was highly satisfied with the repair. My brother had a cracked screen. We both live in Chula Vista. I mentioned seeing sign for cracked screen repair on Bonita Road. He stopped by and Jacob or Jonathan (not sure who was on that day) took care of him in an hour: repair screen, case and screen protector to hopefully prevent screen damage in the future (my brother is a carpenter so subject to more than typical abuse) for -- as I recall -- about $75. He figured he was going to have to get a new phone vs. being without for whatever it would take to fix his phone. My experience isn't over yet: Dropped off an an iPad that won't hold a charge (or bad charger). Jonathan gave his best guess and high/low cost depending on what he finds. I could not say enough how happy I am to have found Tech Experts. I am from out of town. Before I left home I had my screen and battery replaced. The next day I found that the ear piece no longer worked. But I had no time to get back there before coming here. Upon arrival, I found Tech Experts and brought in my phone. I explained what happened he said the piece probably was dislodged and that it happens sometimes. He took apart my phone inspected it and then un attached and re-attached the ear piece. He then tested it and it was good to go. All for the low low price of zero. No charge. Really? So awesome, so friendly, personable, knowledgable.
