I took my laptop to Sal after I'd attempted downloading an app then updated my laptop. While updating I believe it had lost power so while updating my laptop it stopped mid-way and would not load past this after trying numerous things. I tried to restart and shut it down normally. I tried a hard shutdown. I tried keeping it charging while attempting to update it again as well as other possible fixes. It had gone on a continuous loop and would only switch between two screens.
