My son spilled a bottle of water on his laptop keyboard and it no longer was working. We found Sal on Yelp with positive reviews from those who also had water damaged computers. My son wrote: "I spilled water on my macbook and was unable to power it on. My last backup was from several months ago, but Sal was able to successfully recover all the data on my hard drive and transfer it to an external backup drive. He was very transparent about the process and even showed me pictures of the corroded/damaged areas of my laptop's logic board. The turnaround was very quick as well--I dropped it off on a Sunday and Sal finished recovering the data the next day. Sal was also very friendly and accessible over phone. Price was reasonable as well." read more

When my computer broke because I spilled a beverage over the keyboard, I used Yelp and Google to find the best technician in the area, and Tech Expert Guys came up. I tried it and it was no disappointment! Sal was amazing. When I visited the website, I filled out a query about my laptop and he replied to me in the same hour (this was at 9 pm!). And I took my laptop there and in a matter of 3 to 4 days it was fixed. The price was definitely less than I thought and I am glad my computer is fixed and that I dont have to pay for another one. I honestly thought I'd have to throw it away or pay $400-600 for new parts, but I'm glad I had a third option. Thank you so much, Sal! read more

I dropped my external hard drive on concrete while on a trip in Europe with all of my family videos and pictures stored on the drive. The thing broke and I lost everything. I had a great experience with Sal from Tech Expert Guys. He was responsive with a reasonable quote within minutes, and literally waited for me to show up at his office on a Sunday afternoon to help fix my laptop (which was acting up). When I showed up for service, he carefully heard about the problem like a doctor does, and meticulously explained his testing steps with logic. He found the root cause, fixed it, installed new parts, made sure we were good to go, and charged a very reasonable amount. Also, by the way, after we left he realized he had inadvertently charged us $30 more and reached out to me. When I confirmed my Zelle, he immediately refunded that amount. Great service, high acumen and skills, great collection of parts, and very reasonable rates. A great demeanor on top of it! read more
