Last year, when my Dell laptop died (video card failure), the Geek Squad at Best Buy wanted over $300 and THREE WEEKS to send it off to Kansas City to fix it (not to mention a LONG wait in line just to speak to someone). I don t know about you, but I can t be without my system for three weeks, so I purchased a new (Toshiba) laptop while I was there. ONE YEAR LATER, just after the warranty expired, the cooling system died. Brought it back to Best Buy, again they wanted me to leave it with them for several weeks. Instead, I called around a couple of local places. Christian at Tech CS returned my call the same day so I brought it to him. I am SO GLAD I did! I have also had excellent experiences with Christian at Tech CS in Berkeley Heights. Christian Installed my new Epson air printer about a year ago so I could print from my iPad and iPhone, as well as my Dell laptop wirelessly. I was using a Cisco Linksys wireless-G broadband router, along with my Comcast modem. All went well until -- Two weeks ago, Comcast installed their newest wireless modem and un-installed the Linksys. Their new modem wireless signal was not strong enough to find my printer when it was asleep so I could no longer print from my iPad or iPhone. I called Christian who came within a day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and re-installed the Linksys system and now everything is working again. All is now back to perfect for my printing needs. Christian is responsive and punctual. Christian put in a new hard drive, got all applications up and running again, and updated my files from the cloud, and upgraded us to Windows 10 all at a reasonable rate.
