I was pleasantly surprised with Teava Rolls! It seems like the "chipotle"/fast food version of Vietnamese, in a good way! I don't have any "traditional" Vietnamese/pho in my area that delivers so opted to try this spot. It's interesting that you get to customize everything so specifically, which can be helpful - but I found myself having to google what normally comes in a summer roll! As for the food itself, it was fresh and tasty! The beef brisket for the pho was a little try and very fatty, but the rest of the pho was good. The pork belly for the summer rolls is not traditional pork belly and just seemed like regular roasted pork. The summer rolls were also huge, portion sizes were generous! Will definitely try again when I need a delivery pho! read more

Just had a delicious Banh Mi and refreshing iced tea here! Banh mi tasted authentic and had a good amount of pork belly in it. The pork was delicious and fatty! Well balanced with the veggies, cilantro, and pate. Bread was also fresh and crispy. The passion fruit tea was refreshing and sweet. The restaurant has fun decor and plenty of space! I tried this Grand Opening establishment. Would I recommend? Not sure yet. Perhaps I should have ordered the rolls or sandwiches over the bowls. Fresh ingredients. Tried the Crispy Pork which was well cooked and flavored, but the meat to noodles ratio was 20/80 %. The 2 items cost $20. Looked like an IKEA store in regards to the spacious inside decor, loved the mural. Staff was nice! read more

Came here to support their opening week since I love to hear of a new viet restaurant being established. There's definitely some tweaks as a new business that they need to hammer out but I can see some good potential. The place is big and nicely designed, very welcoming. You are to order via a kiosk however there are menus around. I had a good idea for most items but for someone without knowledge of the culture, there was no descriptions on the menu which made it hard for others to know what they are getting. The descriptions/items weren't labeled the same in the kiosk which also made it a bit confusing. Many items were also out of stock including the one that I ordered, which they told me afterwards and was happy to refund. I got the combination Banh mi which is a very traditional sandwich and it was very good, and authentic! I also tried their egg coffee which has no egg in it however it had a very powdery taste to it and didn't seem as authentic as the typical viet coffees. I would definitely give this place sometime to smooth out the kinks and then possibly return but the experience was more or less underwhelming. I hope it gets better because there is some great potential and I always like to see successful Vietnamese businesses thrive! read more

Nice casual dining, the mural is pretty special. The food was good, only thing is that the amount of meat/protein is too small. I think the restaurant should just give larger portions and increase the price of everything by $1-2 so the average person won't walk away hungry. Consider paying extra to get a bigger portion, otherwise it would make a very light meal. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I came here everyday for a week straight because the Banh Mi was so delicious, it's even better here than in Vietnam! The tropical fruit tea is out of this world and the jello cakes are to die for. The atmosphere is very chill and the staff is very polite and accommodating. They even have free Wi-Fi and a lot of comfortable seating areas so you can spend as much time as you'd like there. I can't wait to go back, even while writing this review I am craving the artichoke tea. I would give Teava Rolls 10 stars if I could! read more

Absolutely in love with this place! I will returning frequently! The rolls are made fresh with fresh ingredients. I love how many options there are to customize your rolls and for a great price too. Very spacious seating in and out of the restaurant. I believe I talked to the owner, but above and beyond customer service. Very polite and answered any questions I had regarding allergies. Loved how knowledgeable they were! Not to mention when they didn't have a preferred non-dairy options that I could consume for boba drinks, she asked what non-dairy milk I preferred. She suggested that I asked next time if I have the two non-dairy milk I suggested, that they will possibly get some! How amazing! I'm super excited to return and enjoy more options from this restaurant! Give them a try! A solid business! Operating as a good business should! The Vietnamese coffee there tastes like artificial vanilla. It was expensive enough but not the good experience that strong Vietnamese coffee with a dash of condensed milk generally provides. I'm not sure what happened but it was either made from instant coffee powder or flavored coffee. The sliced carrot on my banh mi was dried out instead of being vinegary and savory. The meat was flavorful, if a bit chewy. Overall, however, I got the feeling the cook doesn't care much about the product. read more

I was very excited to see this open. I love Vietnamese and this tea shop with limited menu looked promising. I waited several months for them to work it the kinks and tried their Summer Rolls @ 3 for $11.50. That had lots I like on the menu and it's cool how they decorated. So hope was high on them and the rolls were great. I had crispy pork, shrimp and chicken to taste test and they were great. I was excited because they're close to work and I was already spending my summer here for lunch in my mind because they have an outside deck. So I went back the next week to try the Pho. This time I asked for water like the first time and they said they don't offer it. ???? I just had it, but okay so I get a seltzer from the case. Pho was not bad but the eye roast slices looked(and tasted) like they had been in the fridge since Christmas but I figured just bad timing and was looking forward to trying the sandwiches. Also I began to notice that the help/servers seemed extremely dis-interested and unorganized like a relative who didn't want to be there. So I came back again and was in the mood for the good rolls I had just had so I ordered lemongrass pork, beef, and crispy pork. This time the disinterested help made me wait over 5 minutes standing at the counter while they ignored me. Kid seemed irritated taking my order and didn't show the flip over screen to show my order just rung it up. I sit down and look at receipt and it over $16. So I walked up and asked why $5 more than last week and he said there were up charges because of my protein choices. Huh? Basically same order again. Not on menu. So I let it go but this time I got them to go because, like I said, it was bad vibes city with this guy. Then I proceed to watch him huff and make my rolls and when they're finally ready I asked him which proteins had an "up charge" since it's written nowhere. He proceeded to not be able to say . "I think this, no not that, I don't know." Shady as f*ck. Again, remember I'm pulling for this place and when I get to the car the rolls looked like I could have made them 10 times better and I've never made one in my life. I had three huge, loose, completely improperly made footballs that immediately disintegrated after the first bite. The proteins were AGAIN dry and minuscule. WTF?? Sitting in my car I threw half of it away in frustration. I considered leaving a bad review, but, again I'm pulling for these guys?? I think?? So decided to give it a couple of weeks and try again. Next time walk in and again (happened before twice) get the Butcher who made last rolls and ordered 3 rolls. He proceeds to say they're out of those proteins. That's it. They can roll them loose,or tight, put any protein they want, and shove them straight up their ass. NOT GOING BACK. You earned this. read more
